中文摘要: 现阶段市场经济发展越来越快,尤其是在建筑领域,厂房建设的发展更是一日千里,这已经深刻影响到了世界经济的扩张和发展。建筑领域的市场竞争越来越激烈,建筑企业都在探索如何有效迅速占领市场份额,提高客户忠诚度。这也推动了企业进一步成长,重视项目的管理,在原来的基础上,减少时间、人力、物力的总成本,并且保证建成高质量的工程。本文就项目管理模块中的时间管理进行深入探讨和分析。 时间管理,也称为项目的进度管理,或者工期管理。时间管理的最终目的就是,保证在规定的时间内完成所有的工程。 一般来讲,无论是哪种行业哪种类型的项目都由时间、成本,以及范围三个变量构成。换句话说,这三个变量就是整个项目成功的关键因素,决定着项目的质量和工期。这三个变量中时间是核心要素,会对其他变量造成巨大的影响。所以对项目进行时间管理也就是给项目上了一道保险。在当前市场经济条件下,建筑企业如何根据实际情况进行体制改革,才是发展的首要任务,并且还要寻找相应的措施来面对竞争日趋激烈的市场。经济在不断发展,也就导致了项目工期需要进一步缩短。所以在整个项目管理过程中,时间管理是关键,也是核心,我们必须更加重视。 本文讨论的重点就是项目的时间管理,通过对J厂房工程项目的研究和分析,期望找到将项目时间管理理论应用到建筑工程公司施工项目中去的具体方法,为进一步优化项目管理出谋划策。把时间管理延伸到企业日常的工程管理过程中,有利于企业适应市场的变化和发展,并且增强企业的核心竞争力。 本论文首先介绍论文研究背景,分析本论文研究的目的及实践意义。其次对论文的基础理论及论文思路作了基本介绍,详细介绍了项目时间管理的五部分内容,即任务定义,任务安排,任务历时估算,制定进度计划和进度计划控制等。在分析了项目时间管理存在的一般问题后,提出了一些改进措施。然后进行实例分析,通过对J厂房工程中项目时间管理进行分析研究,特别对项目任务定义、项目任务安排、进度计划的编制、进度计划控制措施等进行了详细阐述,重点抓住项目活动中关键路径上的各项活动,做到项目关键路径上的各项活动能在最佳工期内完成,实现了项目时间的有效管理的目的。最后给出结论和进一步研究的建议。指出本文研究的不足之处,并提出进一步研究的内容与方向。 论文创新性主要体现在提出了如何综合应用文献研究法和管理调研法开展公司及项目时间管理问题及原因分析,对项目时间管理人员提高项目时间管理的及时性和有效性具有一定的借鉴意义。以及分析了在J厂房工程中运用项目时间管理的实际情况,切实做到了工程实践与项目时间管理理论的有机结合,提出的项目任务清单、进度计划编制以及进度控制措施,具有较强的可行性和重大借鉴意义。 
英文摘要: Now stage of market economy development more and more quickly, especially in the field of architecture and the development of plant construction is rapid, which has a profound affect the expansion and development of the world economy. In the construction field, the market competition is more and more intense, the construction enterprises are exploring how to effectively and quickly occupy the market share, improve customer loyalty. This also promotes the enterprise to further grow, pay attention to the project management, on the basis of the original, reduce the time, manpower and material resources of the total cost, and to ensure the completion of high quality engineering. In this paper, the project management module in the time management in-depth discussion and analysis. Time management, also known as project schedule management, or project management. The ultimate goal of time management is to ensure that all projects are completed within the specified time. Generally speaking, no matter what kind of industry which type of project are made by the time, cost, and the scope of the three variables. In other words, these three variables are the key factors for the success of the project, and determine the quality and duration of the project. Time is the core of these three variables, which will have a huge impact on other variables. So the time management of the project is to give the project a insurance. Under the current market economy, the construction enterprise how to carry on the system reform according to the actual situation, is the primary task of development, and to find the corresponding measures to face the increasingly fierce competition in the market. Economy in the continuous development, also led to the project duration needs to be further reduced. So in the process of the whole project management, time management is the key, but also the core, we must pay more attention to. Discussed in this paper is the focus of the project time management by J plant engineering project research and analysis, expect to find the specific method of construction project of project time management theory is applied to construction engineering company, for the further optimization of the project management ideas. Extending the time management to the daily management of the enterprise, it is beneficial for the enterprise to adapt to the changes and development of the market, and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises. This paper first introduces the research background, analysis of the purpose and practical significance of this paper. Secondly the basic theory and the thought of this paper made basic introduction, five parts content of project time management are introduced in detail, namely the task definition, task scheduling, task duration estimates schedule plan and schedule control. After analyzing the general problems existing in the project time management, some improvement measures are put forward. And carries on the example analysis. Through the analysis and research of the j plant engineering project time management, especially the project task definition, task arrangement, preparation of the schedule, schedule control measures etc. were discussed in detail, focusing on project activities in the critical path diameter on the various activities, do the activities on the critical path of the project can be completed in the best period, to achieve the purpose of effective management of project time. Finally, conclusions and suggestions for further research are given. Points out the deficiency of this paper, and put forward the content and direction of further research. Innovation of this paper is mainly embodied in the proposed how to use literature research and management research company and project time management problems and cause analysis is carried out, project time management personnel to improve timeliness and effectiveness of project time management has a certain reference. And analyzed in J plant engineering with the actual situation of the project time management, and make sure the combination of engineering practice and the project time management theory, put forward the project tasks list, schedule plan and schedule control measures, has a strong feasibility and significance.
