中文摘要:摘 要 在冶金工程项目中,设备安装为最后一道工序,施工难度大,技术要求高,其安装质量直接关系到设备的使用寿命、生产率的高低和能否生产出合格的产品。本论文的目的就是针对冶金转炉项目中存在的质量问题,就如何通过质量控制来提高转炉项目的安装质量展开研究。本论文主要的研究方法采用了文献梳理法、样本调查法、总结归纳法、统计分析法等。论文的结构首先分析问题,确定选题来源和意义;进行了相关项目质量控制理论的回顾;对莱钢80吨转炉安装项目质量的构成进行分析,找出本项目质量的特点,对80吨转炉安装项目质量管理的现状进行分析并找出存在的问题,针对问题确定本项目质量控制的两个方面;对转炉项目质量影响因素的控制进行了分析和研究;对转炉项目关键过程的控制进行了分析和研究;在对两方面分析研究的基础上得出结论。 在通过对80吨转炉设备安装项目质量独特性和现状分析的基础上,找出转炉安装项目质量存在的问题,并确定项目质量控制的两方面,即影响质量因素控制和关键过程控制。在影响因素统计的基础上,针对莱钢80吨转炉安装项目,总结以往类似项目中出现的质量问题,确定出影响本项目质量的因素,并进行的分析,找出各个因素对质量影响的原因和程度,然后制定相应的控制措施。 对80吨转炉安装项目进行工作结构分解,针对项目产出物,依据三阶段控制的原则,分别将各个阶段的工作进行分解,具体到各个施工工序。在工作结构分解的基础上,对各个工序进行分析,最终找出安装项目的关键控制过程。对每个关键过程进行分析,对以往类似项目的此过程中出现的问题进行总结,并与本项目的过程进行比较,检查是否存在类似的问题,并提前制定相应的控制预案,将出现的问题在安装前就处理掉。对于安装测量数据的分析,以转炉轴承支座的安装为例,对部分实际测量数据进行统计分析,绘制控制图,通过控制图来判断本部位的技术参数是否处于受控状态。 本文将项目质量因素控制和关键过程控制引入到具体的工程实践中,在对莱钢80吨转炉安装项目的质量控制中起到了良好的作用。作者直接参与了莱钢多个转炉工程的全过程建设,对此类项目有较多的管理经验,通过本文的研究,得出的研究结果可对相关冶金转炉安装项目的质量控制有所借鉴作用。 关键词:转炉工程安装项目 质量管理 质量控制  
英文摘要:Abstract In metallurgical project, equipment installation is the final step, the construction is difficult, the technical requirement is high, and the quality of installation has a direct bearing on equipment of life, productivity and whether the product is qualified. The purpose of the thesis is the quality problems of converter for metallurgical project, through quality control to improve the installation quality of converter project study. The thesis used combing the literature, sample survey, summarizing, and statistical analysis and so on. The thesis first analyzes the problem, identifies the source and significance of topic; reviews the related theory of project quality control; analyzes the constitutes of Laigang 80 tons of converter installation project quality, finds out the characteristics of the quality, analyzes the 80 tons of converter installation project quality management and identify existing problems, and gives two aspects of project quality control; analyzes and studies affecting factors of the converter project on; analyzes and studies the control of converter project’s key process; and concludes on the basis of two aspects. On the basis of analyzing the characteristics and status of 80 tons of converter equipment installation project quality, the thesis identifies the existing problems of installation project quality and determines the two aspects of project quality control, that is affecting factor control and critical process control. Through the actual sample survey, the thesis analyzes the sample data statistically, and identifies the affecting factor of equipment installation project quality. On the basis of affecting factor’s statistics, the thesis aims at Laigang 80 tons of converter installation project, with factor analysis diagram, sums up the quality problems of similar projects in the past, determines the affecting factors of project quality, analyzes each affecting factor systematically, finds out each affecting factor’s reason and extent, and then formulate corresponding control measures. The thesis decomposes the work structure of 80 tons of converter installation project, in view of the project outputs, according to the principle of control in three phrases, and decomposes work in various stages into each construction process. On the basis of work structure decomposition, the thesis analyzes each process, and finds out the key control process of installation project finally. The thesis analyzes each critical process, sums up the problems of similar projects in the past and compares with this project’s process, checks whether there are similar problems, formulates corresponding control measures ahead of plan, and disposes the problems before installation. The analysis of installation measurement data takes the installation of converter bearing supports for example, and analyzes part of actual measurement data statistically, and makes control diagrams to determine whether the technical parameters are in controlled state. The thesis introduces the control of project quality affecting factor and critical process into construction practice, which plays a good role in quality control of Laigang 80 tons of converter installation project. The author has involved in the whole process of a number of Laigang converter construction, has a lot of experience about this kind of project. Through the research, the result can be used for the quality control of related metallurgical converter installation project.
