中文摘要:创新型经济可以创造巨大的财富,而且伴随着我国的经济成长,创新型经济将渐渐会作为我国支柱型经济。随着各国对产业园的重视,产业园日趋发展成每个国家具有较大竞争力的中坚产业,且被各国公认为是提交一个国家综合竞争力和促进经济快速发展的支柱性产业。企业营销策略的形成是根据企业的经营思想,结合企业的内、外部环境加以分析与整合,以此来确定市场的营销目标,将营销中的各个关系因素进行整合,制定能够实现其目标的方针和策略。企业营销策略的制定能够反映出企业的整体渣男概况以及未来的发展方向,这就意味着策略制定的高低与好坏,对企业发展发挥着重要的作用。对于产业园的认识我国还处于初级阶段,又由于产业园涉及的内容较为宽泛。因此,对于产业的集聚模式还处于探索阶段,对北京联东U谷产业园区进行分析和探索,对我国产业园的发展具有重要的理论意义,对经济的发展也有较大的实践意义。本文主要内容一共分为五部分第一部分为绪论。主要是对论文的研究背景意义以及国内研究现状进行介绍,为本文的撰写打下良好的理论基础。第二部分为相关理论的介绍,主要是营销策略有关的理论论述,包括市场营销的理论和环境以及市场营销组合策略的相关介绍。为本论文做理论知识的补充。第三部分是对北京联东U谷产业园现状以及营销环境进行分析,主要是对北京联东U谷和其发展情况进行了介绍,并对联东U谷营销环境中的机会、威胁、优劣、劣势进行了详细的分析。第四部分是当前北京联东U谷产业园营销策略的选择,主要是对产业园的市场定位情况以及当前的营销策略情况进行了分析。第五部分是北京联东U谷产业园营销策略的实施,主要是针对北京联东U谷当前的营销策略情况的一种补充,使北京联东U谷的营销策略更加的完善。第六部分为总结。

The formation of the enterprise marketing strategy is based on the enterprise the management idea, combined with the enterprise's internal and external environment analysis and integration, in order to determine the marketing target of the market, the relationship between various factors in the marketing of consolidation, can achieve the goal of policy and strategy. Enterprise marketing strategy formulation can reflect the enterprise's overall general situation of the men cheat philandering feelings as well as the future development direction, this means that the strategy with the good or bad, play an important role on enterprise development. For the understanding of the industrial park in our country is still in its infancy, and because the contents related to the industrial park of relatively broad.
