| 中文摘要： | 随着通信市场语音类业务渐趋稳定和饱和，各大运营商更加注重增值类业务的发展，其中短信业务是最容易被大众接受的增值类业务之一。为了满足短信业务发展需求，加强短信业务的系统承载能力，天津移动公司计划启动行业网关建设项目。本文依据项目可行性分析的基本理论和经济评价的方法步骤，从移动通信市场发展和业务需求的角度出发，进行了行业网关建设项目的经济可行性研究。 本文基于可行性分析的理论，从市场研究、业务需求、建设规模、设备配置、投资估算、财务分析、不确定性分析等几个方面进行了深入的分析，最后得出了综合的经济评价及结论。论文主要包括四部分内容。第一部分是项目可行性研究和经济评价的相关理论回顾。第二部分针对天津移动通信市场进行了市场及业务需求的分析。第三部分根据业务需求制定了建设方案，根据建设方案确定了项目软硬件设备配置，根据软硬件配置估算了项目投资。最后一部分进行了项目的财务评价和不确定性分析，结合项目的投资情况和财务相关指标，综合评价了项目的经济可行性。 本文的创新点在于从项目管理的角度研究通信行业建设项目的经济可行性，从市场发展、业务需求、投资估算、财务评价等方面进行了综合经济分析，为同类项目的经济可行性分析提供了理论支持和借鉴。 | |
| 英文摘要： | In today’s communication market, the voice service market is gradually reaching saturation. As a result, carriers are shifting focus to offering value-added services, out of which SMS (short messages) is the popular. Tianjin Mobile Communication Co. has carried out a project to implement IAGW (“Industry Application Gateway”) in order to enhance system capacity and thus meet development need of SMS market. This dissertation conducts a research on economic feasibility of IAGW based of feasibility analysis theories and economic evaluation methods. Grounded on feasibility analysis theories, the dissertation encompasses analysis of market demand, business need, project scope, equipment, investment, economic analysis and risks. This dissertation, in the end, draws comprehensive conclusions based on analysis and generates comprehensive economic evaluation results. The dissertation is comprised of four chapters. The first chapter is to provide an overview of feasibility analysis and economic feasibility; the second chapter is to conduct analysis on mobile communication market in Tianjin. The third chapter is to describe work process of establishing project plan and estimating overall project cost including software, hardware, human resources, etc. The last chapter of the dissertation is to analyze economic evaluation and risks, also produce economic feasibility of the project with consideration of current project situation in funding and accounting. This dissertation applies project management theories to economic feasibility analysis, which creates a new perspective to research on mobile communication market. Moreover, it conducts comprehensive economic analysis from aspects of market development, business demand, investment estimate and economic feasibility. The outputs generated from the dissertation can be adopted in similar projects. | |
