中文摘要:从党的十七大报告提出“实施扩大就业的发展战略,促进以创业带动就业”政策以来,“大众创业,万民创业”的态势席卷中国。对于还未就业的大学生来说,特别是在就业形势严峻的状态下,创业也成为了他们可选择的一条职业发展。对于创业,大多数人的理解多为商业创业,即通过对社会资源的重新整合,以创造更多的财富价值为目的,创办一个企业或对企业进行颠覆性的创新。 在创业态势高涨及高失败率的情况下,社会创业,也叫“公益创业”在近年来吸引了大批学者的研究。作为一种新兴的创业实践方式,社会创业以其独特之处也逐渐吸引了社会人士及广大大学生。在本研究中,社会创业为“以解决现有社会问题,如贫困、环境污染、老年人照料难及医疗难等为出发点,创办新的企业或调整公司的使命,开发新产品或创新经营模式,处于非营利地位而又为了保证经营进行适当营利的活动”。在分析中国实施公益创业可行性的基础上,本文对大学生形成社会创业意向的过程和机理进行探究。 本文首先回顾了创业和社会创业相关文献,界定行文中社会创业、社会创业意向、创业自我效能、创业环境、自我认知、及社会创业认知可行性和希求性的定义和维度,并回顾和探究各变量间的相关关系,在此基础上形成本文的研究理论模型,并提出相应的研究假设。在此之后,本文设计并发放了大学生社会创业意向及行为形成机制问卷,并运用SPSS22.0统计软件对原始数据进行实证分析并验证研究假设。 根据实证部分的分析,得到本研究的结论。即创业环境总体上对创业自我效能感、自我认知和社会创业意向呈现显著相关的关系,其中创业环境与自我认知的关系最显著。社会创业认知可行性在创业自我效能与社会创业意向之间起中介作用,且中介效用达50%以上。社会创业认知希求性在自我认知与社会创业意向之间起中介作用,且中介效用达50%以上。但在本文中,还存在很多不足及未来研究的方向,比如社会创业意向与行为的关系,不同地区、性别等个体背景因素对社会创业意向的的差异化作用。本论文中共涉及图21幅,表 60个,参考文献85篇。  
英文摘要:Since the report of the 17th national congress proposed "implement the development strategy that promotes job creation and encourage entrepreneurship to create more employment opportunities","public entrepreneurship,and all the peoples entrepreneurship" situation had swept across China.For the unemployed college students,especially under the serious conditions of employment situation, entrepreneurship has become one choice of their career development path.Most people think entrepreneurship as commercial entrepreneurship,that is to reintegration the social resources,in order to create more wealth,then to start a business or to implement disruptive innovation for the enterprise. Under the condition of high business entrepreneurial situation and failure rate,social entrepreneurship,also known as "social entrepreneurship" has attracted many scholars in recent years.As a new way of business practice,social entrepreneurship in its own way also gradually attracted people in the society and the general college students. In this study,social entrepreneurship is defined as "one conducted activities of establishing new enterprises or adjust the company's mission, developing new products or innovating the business model, in order to solve the existing social problems, such as poverty, environmental pollution, the difficulty of elderly caring and medical treating.It’s in the non-profit status,but also engaged in some profitable business activities to ensure survival ".In this paper,we explored the formation process and mechanism of college students social entrepreneurship intention on the basis of the analysis of China's public welfare undertaking feasibility. In this paper,business and social entrepreneurship related literature was reviewed firstly,according to this literature,we defined the meaning and demension of social entrepreneurship,entrepreneurial intention,entrepreneurial self-efficacy,entrepreneurial environment,self-knowledge,and social entrepreneurial percieved feasibility and percieved disirability,and to explore the correlation between these variables.Then we had designed the research theory model of this paper and proposed the corresponding research hypothesis on the basis of previous research.After that,we designed and sended out the questionnaire about the social entrepreneurial intention and behavior formation mechanism of the college students,and used SPSS22.0 statistics software to carry on the empirical analysis and verify the hypothesis. According to the analysis of the empirical part,we had come to the conclusions of this study,those were about the entrepreneurial environment in general showed significant correlation entrepreneurial to self-efficacy,self-knowledge and social entrepreneurship intention,and the relationship between the entrepreneurial environment and self-knowledge was most significant.Social entrepreneurship percieved feasibility played a mediation role between entrepreneurial self-efficacy and social entrepreneurial intention,and the intermediary effect was more than 50%. Social entrepreneurship percieved desirability also played a mediation role between self-knowledge and social entrepreneurial intention,and the intermediary effect was more than 50%.But there are many deficiencies and the future research directions in this paper, such as the relationship between social entrepreneurship intention and behavior, the differentiation research of social entrepreneurship intention about individual background factors,such as different areas and gender. This paper involves in 21 figures, 60 tables and 85 references.
