中文摘要：	伴随着互联网和社交媒体的出现，传统的知识获取方式发生了巨大变化。如果说互联网是将浩瀚的知识资源进行汇集，那么社交媒体就是整合资源的重新定制化分配，二者的结合实现知识的优化聚散，这一特点与移动数字图书馆不断提高信息资源的有效传播和利用的重要建设目标不谋而合。因此，社交媒体在移动数字图书馆建设中进行应用是时代发展的大势所趋，更是图书馆服务效率得以提升的必然之路。从目前移动数字图书馆的发展和研究趋势来看，一方面，我国移动数字图书馆已经开始进行社交媒体的应用实践；另一方面，众多学者也在不断深化相关问题的理论研究。本文基于这一背景，从移动数字图书馆对社交媒体的实际应用状况出发，分析归纳应用中存在的主要问题，并根据问题提出相应的政策建议以及可行的创新模式。 本研究主要通过网络调研，对116所 “211”工程高校图书馆和70所全国大中城市公共图书馆的移动数字图书馆建设情况进行调查，分别从地区分布、沟通互动、推送内容和功能服务等角度进行综合分析，归纳出目前移动数字图书馆应用社交媒体的三种主要模式，包括直接沟通模式、菜单选择模式以及服务大厅模式。同时，指出移动数字图书馆应用社交媒体时存在的主要问题，包括地区发展水平差异明显、缺乏建设标准和规范、实时沟通与互动不畅、功能应用水平较低。针对这些问题，本文提出了相应的建议，包括加强不同地区移动数字图书馆的资源建设、推进社交媒体在移动数字图书馆应用中的标准化建设、增进用户与移动数字图书馆利用社交媒体进行沟通互动、提高移动数字图书馆利用社交媒体提供服务的水平。最后，结合实际情况和发展趋势，进一步提出创新性的“融合云”共享模式，从参与主体、人员配置、技术手段等方面对这一模式进行概述，并对该模式的运行机制进行了设计说明。 图9幅，表7个，参考文献74篇。
英文摘要：	With the emergence of internet and social media, the traditional way of knowledge acquisition has tremendous changed. Internet is a vast knowledge resources pooled. Then social media is the integration of resources re-customized distribution. That two things’ combination let knowledge come together and distribution by an efficient way. And improve the dissemination and utilization’s effective of information resources is an important target of the mobile digital library. Therefore, the application of social media in the mobile digital library is the general trend. Now, on the one hand, China's mobile digital library has begun to use social media to provide services; on the other hand, many scholars also will continue to deepen the research field. Based on this background, this article investigated the actual situation of mobile digital library, analyses the main problems existing in the construction, and put forward the corresponding policy suggestions and feasible innovation model. Based on a large number of network investigation data, include 116 "211 Project" university libraries and of 70 large and medium cities’ public libraries, this paper analyzes them from four part: region, communication, pushing content and service. Then, this paper summarized current three main modes of application of social media: direct communication mode, menu mode and service hall mode. At the same time, this paper point out the main problem of the applications of social media: the level of development of different region exists greater difference, lack standardized rules, poor communication and low level of service. In regard to these problems, this paper put forward for suggestions: strengthen the construction of resources in different regions’ mobile digital libraries, promote the construction of social media application standardization of mobile digital library, enhance communication between the user and mobile digital library and improve the service level of mobile digital library. Finally, combined with the actual situation and development trend, this article puts forward a new sharing mode. This paper summarizes the mode from various aspects, such as participants, staffing and technology. And this paper also explains the operation mechanism of this model. 9 figures, 7 tables, 74 references.
