| 中文摘要: | 伴随着计算机技术以及网络技术的快速发展,IT产业随之产生并取得了很大的进步。科技的信息化,我国工业的现代化带来了新的发展,从而也促进了整个IT产业的发展与研究。同传统的制造业有很大的不同,IT产业园可以提供的主要产品就是服务,而不是切切实实的物品,因此需要为其提供更多的人力资源以及智力支持。所以说在一个公司IT项目实施的过程中,人力资源管理成为项目投资过程中最重要的一环。人力资源是否得到合理利用与人力资源管理是否有效实施,是一个公司管理的核心,也是有关其成败。因为整个IT项目在企业中的关键作用,就是IT项目人员的绩效水平,同时也关系到企业的项目能否进一步的发展。因此对于提升IT项目人员的绩效水平方法进行研究,尤其是对于IT项目人员绩效产生影响的因素进行分析,对于提升一个公司的竞争力具有重要的理论与现实意义。 本文的结构一共可以分为六个部分,第一部分对于本文的研究意义与目的进行探讨,同时还要介绍本文的研究方法与主要内容,最后就是要总结本文的创新点与不足点。 第二部分主要对于现代绩效管理理论简介,主要分析绩效管理的基本理论,包含现代绩效管理的内容以及原则等,最后对于绩效管理在战略性人力资源管理中处于核心地位进行探讨。 第三部分对于S公司IT项目人员绩效管理现状分析,主要包括S公司背景介绍以及其IT项目管理及其人力资源特点进行研究,最后提出其在IT项目现行绩效管理存在的问题进行详细的解读。 第四部分和第五部分针对于上一部分的分析提出的问题,设计S公司IT绩效管理提升方案设计,主要包括S公司IT项目绩效计划编制以及S公司IT项目绩效考核体系设计及其创新等。 第六部分对于 S公司IT项目研究结论及其前景展望进行展望,在论文的最后一部分对于S公司IT项目人员绩效提升研究做进一步的总结。 | |
| 英文摘要: | With the computer technology and network technology development across the Soviet Union, IT industry attendant and made great progress. Information technology, the modernization of our industry has brought new development, which also contributed to the development and research of the entire IT industry.
