中文摘要：	我国是一个建筑业大国，但还不是建筑业强国，工程项目质量管理问题值得深入研究。随着国内高校招生规模的扩大及城市发展的长远规划，我国很多高校都集中一起建设大学城，在这样的背景下，他们有幸参加了天津中医药大学新建校区机电安装工程的建设任务，作为全国高校新建工程的一个项目，针对机电安装工程，他们以天津中医药大学新建校区机电安装工程项目为例分析研究他们建造过程的质量问题，通过运用他们项目管理质量方面的相关理论和方法进行深入的研究，找出质量管理的控制因素和方法，为本项目后续机电安装工程及我国其他高校新建校区机电安装项目的质量管理工作提供借鉴和交流之用，进而能为我国建筑机电安装工程质量管理研究做出一点贡献。 天津中医药大学新建校区机电安装工程项目，其质量管理有其三个不同的特点，即工程项目质量的耐用性、工程项目质量的个性化、工程项目质量的模范性。在建造该项目的过程中，如何在造价控制的前提下，把该高校新建校区机电安装工程项目质量做得最好，满足其耐用性、个性化和模范性需求，本篇文从该项目的独特性分析开始，研究了中医药大学新建校区机电工程质量规划与保证，总结了中医药大学新建校区机电工程质量控制与改进。本篇论文以天津中医药大学新建校区机电安装工程项目为研究案例，研究高校特色的建筑机电安装工程项目的质量管理问题，从高校建筑机电安装项目规划、设计、建造、维保等质量管理全面管理入手，解决高校新建校区机电安装工程项目的质量问题，让高校新建项目耐用、有工程项目示范作用。本文的研究方法有：文献资料法、案例研究法、经验总结法和项目管理的理论结合具体项目实践加以研究。 通过本文的研究，他们发现中医药大学新校区机电安装工程项目质量首要 任务是要满足业主（中医药大学）需求，其次要处理好相关干系人的关系、要控制好质量和成本的关系，再次业主（中医药大学）和建造方应在质量管理制度上进行深入的沟通协商、最后优秀的建筑机电安装工程产品需要专业化的职业工人来打造，建筑机电安装工程项目质量管理需要创新，需要利用最新的互联网工具、高科技技术（工业机械人）、BIM等。
英文摘要：	We are a big country in construction, but not the powerful construction country, project quality management issues worthy of further study. In this paper, they study the mechanical and electrical installation projects case studies in Universities Quality Management building mechanical and electrical installation projects, from building mechanical and electrical installation of University project planning, design, construction, maintenance and other comprehensive quality management management to start to address quality issues in University New Campus of mechanical and electrical installation projects, colleges and universities so that new projects durable, role model projects. Research methods are: literature, case studies, theoretical lessons learned project management methods and practices in connection with specific projects to be studied. Through this study, they found that the new campus of the University of Traditional Chinese mechanical and electrical installation project quality primary task is to Meet customer (University of Traditional Chinese Medicine) demand, followed properly handle the relationship between the relevant stakeholders, to control the quality and cost of a good relationship, the customer again (University of Traditional Chinese Medicine) and construction shall conduct in-depth communication and consultation in the quality of the management system, the last outstanding building mechanical and electrical installation engineering products require specialized professional workers to build, install mechanical and electrical construction project quality management requires innovation, requires the use of the latest Internet tools, high technology (industrial robots) ，BIM and so on.
