| 中文摘要: | 无论是什么类型的项目,只有通过系统地项目管理方法进行全面的管理,并且在全过程当中进行有效地组织与实施,才能确保达成项目的既定目标。对于工期有严格要求的工程项目来说,项目的进度管理工作尤为重要。完整的进度管理包含进度计划与进度控制两个部分。其中,进度计划是实施进度控制的前提基础,进度控制这是进度计划能够完成的可靠保障。只有两者有机地结合起来,工程项目建设的目标才可以保证能够如期达成。 伴随着高校校园数字化、信息化建设的高歌猛进,校园一卡通项目作为一个重要的实现手段在各大高校中纷纷落地。校园一卡通系统在实施过程中,牵连到多家合作企业以及学校的各个职能部门,并且实施周期一般较长,涉及到的应用子系统也十分的多,项目工期方面也有较为严格的要求。因此,研究校园一卡通项目实施的进度管理就显得尤为重要。 本论文对校园一卡通项目的实施进度管理进行深入研究,包括进度计划的制定、进度计划的优化、进度跟踪和进度控制、影响因素分析等。通过制定进度计划,跟踪、协调计划的执行情况,控制整个项目的总进度,掌握影响进度的因素。本文运用项目管理相关知识,以天津X学院校园一卡通工程为例,阐述项目进度计划与控制的原理及方法在工程实践过程中的具体应用。文章首先介绍了项目进度管理的理论研究基础,主要包括项目进度管理的概念及内容、项目进度计划编制、项目进度计划控制等的理论基础;其次,通过对天津X学院校园一卡通项目系统功能和项目组织结构的分析,对项目进行了总体的规划,并依据专业理论知识,分析了项目进度计划编制的具体过程;再次,介绍了天津X学院校园一卡通项目进度控制的实施过程,主要包括对影响项目进度控制的主要因素;最后,对校园一卡通项目的进度管理方面工作进行总结,概括出当前项目中在进度管理方面的研究进展以及不足之处。 本文将进度管理相关理论运用于具体实践中,确保了项目的顺利完成,对类似项目的进度管理提供了一些可供参考的意见或建议。 | |
| 英文摘要: | No matter what type of project, in order to ensure finish the goal of the project, you should through the method of systematic project management method and comprehensive management, meanwhile make sure effective organization and implementation in the whole process. Especially for the projects with strict requirements of the cycle time, the management of project progress is more important. The whole management of project progress contains two parts, including the progress plan and the progress control. The progress plan is the precondition of the progress control, the progress control is a reliable guarantee to complete the progress plan. In order to guarantee to reach the goals of the project in time. With the developing of digitization and information construction in the campus, the campus card project as an important implementation in the major colleges and universities. In the implementation of the campus smart card ,always have many cooperative enterprises and a lot of functions departments of school , the project cycle is generally long and the subsystem application is enormous, the engineering life cycle also has strict requirements. Therefore, the study of the implementation of the campus card project schedule management is particularly important. This thesis researches the campus smart card project implementation progress management, including the progress plan formulation, the progress plan optimization, the progress track, the progress control and the influence factor analysis and so on, through the above method control the whole progress and master the influence factor of the progress. This article uses the knowledge of the project management, take the project case of a campus of tianjin, explained how to use the progress plan and the control principle in a concrete application project. This thesis introduces the project management theory, including the basis concept of theoretical and content of the project progress management, project progress planning, project progress control; secondly, through the analysis of the system function and the organizational structure of the project in a campus of tianjin, planed the overall project, and analysis the process plan make through the professional theory knowledge. thirdly, introduced the implementation of the progress control, including the main factors affecting the project progress control. Finally, summarized the project progress management work, the developing and shortcomings. This thesis uses the project progress management in practice, ensure the project successfully completion, provide some reference opinions or suggestions for the progress management of the similar project. | |
