中文摘要：	摘要 随着科技水平的迅猛发展和管理水平的不断提高，汽车产品的更新换代的速度已经不亚于手机类的电子产品，加上国内外各种品牌云集。汽车行业的竞争越发的激烈。如何加强企业自身的竞争力，生产出高质量低成本的产品成为共同的课题。而供应商提供的产品质量直接影响到企业提供的最终产品的质量，甚至在很大程度上直接影响着企业的发展。供应商作为供应链的上游，其对整个供应链的影响举足轻重。因此，如何与供应商建立起双赢的合作关系已成为企业发展的重点课题，而供应商质量管理作为供应商管理工作的重要内容，它直接影响到物料使用部门能否生产出合格的产品，所以加强供应商质量管理已经成为企业实现低成本、高质量的重要活动之一。 本文的特点在于能利用天津一汽丰田在实际生产过程中情况，总结发现、分析及解决问题的过程和方法。首先本文简单介绍质量、供应链、供应商质量管理等相关的基础理论知识，然后阐述天津一汽丰田供应商质量管理体系现状，结合本人在一汽丰田的从事的8年供应商质量管理工作经验，深入研究天津一汽丰田供应商质量管理中的供应商选择和管理流程和方法，以及其供应商选定后，如何对其在产品的研发，试制和批量生产过程中进行质量的控制，最后总结其优劣势，做进一步分析，并提出具体的解决方案。 其研究意义在于希望通过本人自身供应商质量管理经验，结合相关的理论知识，将工作和书本上学到的知识进行归纳总结，联系实际，明确出公司在实际生产过程中的一些问题及其解决方法，为其他车企或者是其他制造业提供参考和帮助。
英文摘要：	Abstract With the rapid development of science and technology and the continuous improvement of the level of management, the speed of the replacement of automotive products has no less than the mobile phone category of electronic products, coupled with a variety of domestic and foreign brands gathered. Competition in the automotive industry is becoming more and more fierce. How to strengthen the competitiveness of enterprises, the production of high quality and low cost products become a common topic. And the quality of the product supplied by the supplier directly affects the quality of the final product, and even directly affects the development of the enterprise. As the upstream of the supply chain, the supplier has an important influence on the whole supply chain. Therefore, how to with suppliers to establish a win-win partnership has become the focus of enterprise development, supplier quality management as an important part of supplier management, it has a direct impact to the material department can produce qualified products, so the strengthening of supplier quality management has become the enterprise to achieve low cost and high quality is one of the important activities. The characteristic of this paper is that the process and method of finding, analyzing and solving the problem can be summarized in the actual production process of Tianjin FAW TOYOTA. Firstly, this article simply introduced quality, supply chain, supplier quality management related basic theory knowledge, and then explains the Tianjin FAW Toyota supplier quality management system status, combined with I in FAW Toyota in 8 years supplier quality management experience, in-depth research study Tianjin FAW Toyota supplier quality management supplier selection and management processes and methods, as well as the supplier selection after, how to of the in product development, trial production and batch production process quality control. Finally, the paper summarizes the advantages and disadvantages, for further analysis, and puts forward specific solutions. Its research significance lies in hope that through my own experience in supplier quality management, combined with relevant theoretical knowledge, summarized the work and books to the school of knowledge for, connection is actual, clear out the company in the actual production process of some problems and solutions, to other enterprises or to other manufacturing industry to provide reference and help.
