中文摘要:融资租赁以其对制造业链条的支持延伸作用和对社会资源的合理配置作用,于二十世纪六十年代在以美国为代表的西方发达国家兴起并得以迅速发展,成为当今世界适应现代经济发展要求、重要性仅次于商业银行信用贷款的融资方式。2013年12月,李克强总理视察工商银行所属工银租赁有限公司时对其提出了殷切希望,称现代租赁业是中国的一个新高地。2014年上半年,融资租赁业被正式纳入了国家经济政策的调控砝码。同年7月29日,国务院颁布《关于加快发展生产性服务业促进产业结构调整升级的指导意见》,将现代租赁业明确为生产性服务业,并要求大力发展现代租赁产业。充分肯定了现代租赁业在服务于实体经济、化解过剩产能、促进产业结构升级的重要作用。A融资租赁有限公司(以下简称“A公司”)主要从事汽车的融资租赁业务,目前已在全国几十个地区设有分支机构,其客户大到世界500强、央企,小到个人。A公司的先发优势和迅速扩张为其赢得了客户和先机,使其一度成为中国汽车租赁行业的佼佼者和领头羊。但是,近年来,一些汽车生产商,如奔驰、丰田、日产等纷纷成立了专门的租赁公司,推出融资租赁产品。越来越多的经销商也开始涉足融资租赁业,加之平行进口汽车从灰色地带走出,被越来越多的消费者认可,汽车融资租赁市场已经从蓝海逐渐向红海过渡。本文通过对租赁业发展相关的宏观、微观环境的分析,利用现代管理模型对A公司所处竞争环境进行研究、分析,找出其发展的机遇、威胁、自身优势和问题,发现其在开发新股东资源、拓展新业务模式、挖掘新的业务增长点和抢抓国家战略新机遇等方面大有文章可做。因此,有针对性地从拓展资金筹措渠道、开拓经营思路,发力新的利润增长点、构建完善的组织与流程保障、降解公司运营四大风险四个方面,提出了企业有效实施竞争战略的措施建议。以期A公司可以在激烈的竞争环境下,弥补不足,趁势发展。 
英文摘要:Because of the positive support for manufacture industrial chain and rational allocation for social resources, financial leasing industry prospered in western countries in 1960s, and is becoming an important financing method that can meet the requirement of modern economic development and is second only to commercial bank credit. In December, 2013, Prime Minister Li Keqiang inspected ICBC financial leasing Co., Ltd and put forward earnest hope for leasing industry。In 2014, financial leasing industry was formally included by the State Council in the regulation of national economic policy. On 28th July that year, the State Council issued Guiding opinions on accelerating the development of producer services to promote industrial restructuring and upgrading,which clearly included financial leasing as producer services and requires great efforts to develop financial leasing industry. The State Council highly recognized the important role financial leasing plays in serving the entity economy, resolving excess capacity and promoting the upgrading of industrial structure. A Financial Leasing Co., Ltd(“A Leasing”)mainly focus on financial leasing business of automobiles. The company now has 56 branches all over China and has a customer base from Worldwide Fortune 500 companies, State owned companies to individuals. The pre-emption advantage and quick expansion gave A Leasing quality clients,and made them a leader of automobile leasing field in China. However, recent years, many of the automobile manufacturers such as Mercedes Benz, Toyota, Nissan etc. all set up their own leasing companies and launched financial leasing products. More and more franchisers also started to involve in the industry. Combining with the impact of parallel imported automobiles which finally step out of the grey area and recognized by more and more consumers, financial leasing market of automobiles has gradually transferred from blue ocean to red ocean. Through research and analysis on the macro and micro development environment of leasing industry and competitive environment of A leasing using modern management tools, we find the opportunity, threat, advantages and problems that the company faces. Then we discover that the company can have more things to do to develop resources of new investor, expand new business model, and seize the opportunity of National strategy. Therefore, we offer a series of proposal on exploring financing channels, expanding operation thinking, forming organization and process guarantee and decreasing four main risks on business operation to implement competitive strategy effectively. So that A leasing can make up of its own disadvantages and take advantage of development.
