中文摘要：	随着全球范围内互联网和移动互联网的普及，传统桌面软件应用正在逐步被基于互联网的软件系统所取代，无论是个人应用还是企业级应用，正在从C/S结构向B/S结构转化。而全球范围内源代码开放社区的广泛普及，使一批优秀的小微软件企业在技术上得到了有力的支撑，正在蓬勃的发展。原来从事传统软件应用开发的小微企业也纷纷面临着在互联网和移动互联网时代下的转型与创新。在这个时期中，传统的软件企业遇到了前所未有的机遇和挑战。 随着各行各业对信息化、互联网化的需求不断增加，软件开发企业也逐渐增多，软件的应用范围也越来越广，而软件用户对软件质量的要求也随之日益升高。但是，在小微软件企业中，资源受限的条件下，其软件项目过程中由于管理不善，导致项目无法按时完成，软件系统质量不合格等问题也逐渐突显。从软件项目实施的角度来看，过程的质量实际上决定了上线之后的系统质量，而为客户部署的系统质量也决定着软件企业的生存与发展。因此，软件实施项目的质量管理成为了软件行业普遍关注的问题，在国内外的软件企业中，大多实施以ISO9001或CMMI为主的质量管理体系，而就小微软件企业在其资源有限的条件下，难以实施如此复杂的质量管理过程，那么小微软件企业在实施项目中的质量管理问题就更值得研究。 本文首先对小微企业软件质量管理进行了概述，介绍研究背景和本文研究的目的；其次对项目和项目管理、现代质量管理理论和体系，质量管理技术与工具等相关理论进行回顾；然后以C软件公司为研究对象，通过C公司的一个网站升级项目的案例，分析其实施过程中在质量管理各环节的问题以及对项目带来的不利影响；再然后从项目质量问题的根源——需求管理、质量的规划、质量的控制、质量保证等几个方面提出改进方案，说明小微企业的项目质量管理必须适合其项目规模的特点；最后指出在C公司内部推行上述质量管理改进方案的措施，如何调整组织结构，如何制定相关的流程和系统，最终促进公司项目质量的提升。本文的研究对其他小微型软件企业的实施项目中质量管理水平的提升也具有积极的意义。
英文摘要：	With the popularity of theInternet and mobile Internet in global,the traditional desktop software application is gradually being replaced by software system based on Internet,either personal application or enterprise application,is being transformed from C/S structure to B/S structure.And with popularity of the open source community,the development of a number of outstanding small and micro software enterprises are booming.The traditional small and micro enterprises are faced with the transformation and innovation in the Internet and mobile Internet era.During this period,the traditional software enterprises have encountered hitherto unknown opportunities and challenges. With all walks of life on information technology and the Internet technology,the increasing demand for software enterprises has gradually increased,the scope of application of the software is more and more widely,and software user requirements for software quality is also rising.However,in the small and micro software enterprises,under limited resources condition the process of software project due to poor management,leading the project can not be completed on time,the unqualified problem of the software system are gradually highlight.The quality of the project decides the quality of software system,and the quality of software system decides the survival and development of enterprise.Therefore,the quality management of implementation of the project has become a widespread concern problem in software industry,the software enterprises at home and abroad,mostly implemented in ISO9001 or CMMI based quality management system,but small and micro software enterprises that under the limited resource condition,are difficult to implement the quality management process which is so complicated.So the problem of quality management in the implementation of the project in the small and micro enterprise is more worthy of study. First of this paper,it summarizes the current quality management of software project,introduces the research background and the purpose of this paper;secondly,review the relatived theories of project management and quality management;and then take the C company as the research object,analyse the adverse effects of project implementation through its website project,discover the problem in the project all aspects;thenpropose the improve scheme of the root cause,qualityplanning,qualitycontrol,quality assurance and other aspects.The quality management for small and micro software enterprises must be suitable for the size of the project,testing is an important means and an indispensable part of software quality control,documents and management processes are important factor to ensure the quality under the limited condition of resource;finally pointed out how to implementation the quality management in C company.Improve the quality management of the project in C company,and then this research has also positive significance to other small and micro software enterprises of the improvement of the quality management level.
