| 中文摘要: | 中国制造行业目前整体仍处于较低水平,伴随着亚洲经济的一体化和全球经济的一体化的趋势越来越明确,竞争也将越来越激烈.在这种情势下,中国制造业要想从简单的复制式生产,改变成利用核心技术创造性生产,管理运营的能力的改革将显得尤为重要。高利尔(天津)包装有限公司:是无菌包装袋发明者意大利高利尔集团(GOGLIO SPA)在中国天津的全资子公司,负责在亚太地区的无菌包装袋及其他包装材料和灌装设备的生产,销售和服务。由于近年来全球经济危机的持续爆发,对于一家跨国集团而言,控制成本,减少各级库存,消除各种浪费成为该企业面对的核心问题。因此本文将以该企业的实际案例为研究背景,综合运用了价值流管理技术与理念解决公司存在的具体问题。形成一种改善公司管理问题的有效方法和体系。本文首先介绍了国内外应用价值流管理的现状,接着引出了价值流管理的相关理论知识,从价值流管理,精益化生产,精益化物流等方面的基本理论进行简明扼要的阐述.。使笔者能够以此理论知识作为基础,进而对该公司的现状进行系统的分析,再结合该公司所属的包装行业的特点,从生产进程和物流进程中发现该公司在生产运营过程中所出现的问题和漏洞,并对该公司是否切实可行的应用价值流管理提供可靠依据。接下来将是本文的核心内容即从物料和成品的价值流管理、生产活动和物流活动精益化管理、设备的精益化管理、作业人员和管理人员的精益化管理、环境的精益化管理等五个基本层面为该公司设计价值流管理方案,并根据该公司的战略支持,从供应链管理、质量管理与控制、信息化技术管理与控制、企业文化等四个方面为实施价值流管理提供重要保障。最后,希望通过这次对价值流管理研究过程中得出的宝贵经验在帮助该企业顺利实现战略目标的基础上,在不远的将来可以为更多的企业应用价值流管理提供参考和指引方向,真正的帮助企业创造更大的价值。 关键词:价值流管理(VSM);精益化生产;精益化物流;供应链管理 | |
| 英文摘要: | China’s manufacturing industry as a whole is still at a low level, and with the increasingly clear trend of Asian economic integration and global economic integration, competition will become increasingly fierce. Under such circumstances, in order to change China's manufacturing industry from the simple replication to creative production by core technologies, the reform of management and administration capacity will be very important. Goglio (Tianjin) Packaging Co., Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Italian GOGLIO SPA group in Tianjin, China which is the inventor of sterile bags. The company is in charge of the production, sales and service of aseptic packaging bags and other packaging materials and filling equipment in Asia-Pacific region. Due to the constant outbreaks of global economic crisis in recent years, for an international group, it becomes core issues faced by the company to control costs, reduce inventory at every level and eliminate all kinds of waste. Therefore, this paper will take the actual case of the enterprise as the research background, solve specific problems existing in the company with an integrated use of value stream management techniques and concepts and form effective methods and systems to improve the management of the company. This thesis first introduces the current situation of value stream management application both at home and abroad, then leads to the relevant theoretical knowledge of value stream management and make concise exposition from the basic theory of value stream management, lean production, lean logistics and other aspects. The author takes these theoretical knowledge as a basis to carry out systematic analysis on the company's current situation, find problems and vulnerabilities of the company in the manufacturing and operations process from the production process and the logistics process in combination with the characteristics of the packaging industry which the company belongs to, and provide a reliable basis for whether the company adopts the value stream management. Next will be the core content of this paper, which is to design value stream management programs for the company from five basic levels of the value stream management of materials and finished products, lean management of production activities and logistics activities, lean management of equipment, lean management of operation staff and management staff and lean management of environment and according to the company's strategic support provides important protection for the implementation of value stream management from four aspects of supply chain management, quality management and control, information technology management and control and corporate culture. Finally, the author hopes that this valuable experience obtained through the research process of value stream management can help enterprise successfully achieve the strategic objectives, based on this in the near future provide a reference and direction guidance for more enterprise adopting value stream management and really can help to create greater value.
