中文摘要：	当前，世界经济状况尚未在2008年整体经济下滑的大环境下摆托阴影，中国的经济也正经历着前所未有的低谷。而且中国人力资源成本的优势正逐渐减弱。不在拥有“世界工厂”的优势。过去中国的制造业还凭借低廉的劳动力成本以及低价的原材料在国际竞争中占据有利地位，如今这种优势正在被东南亚的其他国家所取代。而且由于中国大规模的工业发展需求，导致了环境的严重破坏，其影响已经非常严重。中国政府也越来越重视企业在环保方面的要求。中国制造型企业面临着非常严峻的世界竞争以及市场挑战。为了改进企业采购管理方式，建立起企业的优势，使企业得到健康稳定的持续发展，企业采购管理方面的问题引起了管理者的广泛关注。采购已经由传统模式下的单纯交易行为，逐渐演变为战略性的经营管理过程。合理和高效的采购管理将为企业节约采购成本，增加采购效率，提高企业的核心竞争力。因此，研究企业的采购管理具有非常重要的现实意义。要想使中国的制造业在世界舞台上占有一席之地，采购管理是作为企业供应链的重要工作内容，企业必须给与足够的重视。本文通过对艺利磁铁采购管理模式的研究，首先指出艺利磁铁公司现有采购管理模式存在的问题以及原因分析，通过重新再造公司组织架构、加强对员工的培训、改变物资分类以及供应商评价机制的建立来更好的完善采购管理，从而达到整个供应链流程更加顺畅，通过流程以及优化，降低采购成本的目的。最后阐述了艺利磁铁从组织结构、成本控制、风险控制和其他方面的措施，为采购管理优化实施提供必要的保障。本论文研究旨在通过采购管理来降低企业采购成本，最终转化为艺利磁铁的利润，增加企业核心竞争力的。图8幅，表1格，参考文献36篇。
英文摘要：	At present, the world economy is still in the shadow of the overall economic decline started since 2008. China's economy is also experiencing unprecedented lows. China’s advantage of low labor costs is gradually weakened, and finally China would lose the title of world factory. In the past, China's manufacturing industry is in a favorable position in the international competition for its low labor costs and cheap raw materials, but now China is being replaced by other countries in Southeast Asia, which possess comparatively lower labor and material costs. Meanwhile, the Chinese government is increasingly tightening environmental supervision on enterprises in view of profound impacts of grave environmental damage in the process of China's large-scale industrial development. All in all, The Chinese manufacturing enterprises face very severe competitions and challenges in the world market. The issue of enterprise procurement management has attracted widespread attention since enterprise competitiveness could be established and the healthy and stable development of an enterprise could be safeguarded through improving procurement management mode. Procurement has gradually evolved to a strategic management process from a simple transaction in the traditional sense. Reasonable and efficient procurement management will save purchasing cost, increase purchasing efficiency and improve the core competitiveness of an enterprise. Therefore, it is important and practical to study the purchasing management. To take a place on the world stage, the Chinese manufacturing industry shall pay great attention to procurement management, which is an important part of the supply chain of enterprise. In this paper, the procurement mode of ERIEZ has been closely examined. Firstly, we analysed the existing problems and its causes of ERIEZ procurement mode. The supply chain can be better smoothed out through perfecting procurement management, adopting reformation of enterprise structure, training of staff, altering classification of materials and establishment of supplier appraisal mechanism. Procurement costs could be reduced by setting up and bettering process. In the last part, the paper expounds a view that the optimizing of ERIEZ procurement management could be ensured by adopting the measures of structure transformation, cost control and risk control, etc. The purpose of this paper is to strengthen the core competitiveness of enterprise by adopting procurement management to reduce purchasing cost and enhance profits. 8 charts, 1 sheet, 36 references.
