中文摘要:人力资源管理是一个组织至关重要的管理内容,人力资源也是一个企业最为重要的资源。企业的生存与经营发展需要高瞻远瞩、顺势而为的战略规划,而具有战略眼光的人力资源管理对企业的战略实现起着强有力的支撑作用。 S公司是一家新能源科技公司,在国家提倡节能减排、治理污染的大趋势和背景下,S公司抢抓机遇和政策,做了适时顺势的战略布局,然而其现有的人力资源配置和管理水平还存在一系列问题,部分职能还处于传统人事管理的水平,不足以支撑其战略目标的实现。在这种情况下,研究其具有战略意义的人力资源管理就显得很有必要了,因此本文以S公司人力资源管理问题及对策作为研究课题。 本文对该企业人力资源管理现状进行了剖析研究,发现人力资源规划的不充分、任务分析基础差、缺乏有效的培训开发、激励机制和员工职业发展规划是阻碍公司发展的主要矛盾。通过对该企业的内外部环境进行分析,本文梳理出该企业所需求的人力资源管理系统与其发展战略的逻辑关系,并通过和现有人力资源管理系统进行对比,找出差距,提出解决方案,并论证其可行性和有效性。本文通过文献研究、案例分析和专家访谈等研究方法,分析、归纳并研究出了一套可行的人力资源管理提升策略和保障措施,从而实现其战略目标。  
英文摘要:Human resource management is an important management content and human resource is the most important resource of an enterprise. Enterprise's survival and development need strategic planning with forward-looking, and strategic human resources management plays a strong supporting role to the implementation of enterprise's strategic. S company is a new energy technology company, under the background of energy conservation and emissions reduction, S company seize the opportunity and policy, made conveniently strategic layout, however, there is still a series of problems with its human resource management, some functions of its human resource management is still on the level of traditional management, not strong enough to support its strategic target realization. In this case,it is very necessary to study its human resource management with strategic sense, so this research subject is about S company HRM's problems and countermeasures. The article researched S company's present human resource management,and found some important reasons which prevents the development of S company,such as inadequate human resources planning,the poor job analysis,the lack of career development planning and training. The article studied the relationship between S company's HRM system and development strategy through analyzing its internal and external environment.Combined with its existing human resources management,the article found the solutions and demonstrated its feasibility and effectiveness.It studied out a set of feasible human resource management improve and safeguard measures through literature research, case analysis and expert interview in order to achieve strategic target.
