| 中文摘要: | 改革开放以来,中国经济迅猛发展,催生了大批优秀企业,这些企业快速成长并达到一定的规模。面对新的发展和管理挑战,众多优秀企业纷纷效仿国际上先进的管理经验。作为当前最先进的人力资源培训体系和最有效的学习型组织实施手段,企业大学在中国得到了热烈的追捧,经历了从无到有的快速发展。自1993年摩托罗拉向中国引入企业大学这种学习发展理念和模式以来,经过20多年的探索和发展,中国的企业大学如雨后春笋般不断涌现,海尔大学、联想学院、新希望商学院、美的学院、阿里学院、平安大学、华为大学纷纷进入公众的视线,见证了中国企业管理实践在人力资源开发领域的新发展。 企业大学这一人力资源开发的新兴模式,是企业培训的全面升级。源自企业战略的企业大学,展现了绩效改进的突出优势,推动了企业成为学习型组织,成为企业变革创新、知识管理、文化塑造、终身学习的载体,创造出了各种先进的学习方法和模式,被誉为培训的一次革命。 本文主要运用了调查研究、定性分析、个案分析、对比分析等研究方法,通过上述研究方法,力求探索出SZ集团企业培训转型升级之路,设计出可供实践的企业大学构建方案。 本文的结论有以下几点:第一,建立企业大学是企业转型升级和创新发展的助推器,有利于国有企业重塑文化、流程再造和人才培育,激发企业的活力并提高市场竞争力。第二,企业大学的建设和运营从企业战略的高度来展开,由企业战略生发并与战略实现紧密结合,企业主要领导及高层应有高度的认识并给予充分的支持。第三、企业大学应基于企业实际和资源来确定其宗旨和使命、功能、模式及软硬件建设,不能照搬标杆企业的经验,应充分挖掘企业存在的问题及企业的战略发展方向,让企业大学能有所作为。第四,企业大学是企业的知识中心,企业大学的活动是企业知识创造、整理和传播的过程,企业大学应从知识管理的角度设计其教学活动,让企业的知识生产力转化为经济效益,适应知识经济时代的发展。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Since the reform and opening up, China's rapid economic development, the birth of a large number of outstanding enterprises, these enterprises to grow and reach a certain scale. Faced with the new development and management challenges, many outstanding enterprises have to follow the international advanced management experience. As the most advanced human resources training system and the most effective way to implement the learning organization, enterprise university has been built up a loyal following in China. It has experienced rapid development from scratch. Since1993 Motorola introduced corporate university----the learningconcept and model of developmentto China. After 20 years’ exploration and development, China Corporate University have mushroomed, like Haier University, Associate College, new hope Academy of business school, MideaCollege, Ali College, Ping An University, the University of Huawei, all of these have entered the public line of sight to witness the new development of the management practice of Chinese enterprises in the field of human resource development. Enterprise university, a new model of human resource development, is a comprehensive upgrade of enterprise training. The Corporate University which from the corporate strategy , shows the outstanding advantages of performance improvement and promotes the enterprise into a learning organization,to become the carrier of the enterprisereform andinnovation,knowledgemanagement, culture-shaping and lifelong learning.It creats various advanced learning methods and models.which is known for the trainingrevolution. We strive to explore the road of enterprise training transformation and upgrading for SZ group and design the construction schemefor practicing enterprise university,through the research methods of the survey research, qualitative analysis, case analysis and comparative analysis. The conclusions are as follows: first, the establishment of corporate universities is booster for the transformation and upgrading of enterprises and innovation-driven development. It is conducive to the state-owned enterprise culture reconstruction, process reengineering and talent cultivation and stimulate the vitality of enterprises and improve market competitiveness. Second, the construction and operation of the corporate university should to be expanded from strategic height , by strategic germinal and strategic implementation closely integrated. What’s more,enterprise leaders and senior should have a high degree of understanding and give full supporting. Third, corporate university should be based on the actual business and resources to determine its purpose and mission, function, mode and soft hardware construction, can not copy the experience of benchmarking enterprises.We should fully tap the enterprise problemsthe and the strategic direction of the enterprise andmake enterprise university out of the ordinary. Fourth, corporate university is the center of the enterprise's knowledge.Furthermore,the evens of corporate university is the process for enterprise knowledge creation, collation and dissemination.The corporate university should design the teaching activitiesfrom theknowledge management perspective , which will make the knowledge productivity ofenterprisestranslatingintoeconomicbenefitsand adaptto the development of knowledge-based economy. | |
