中文摘要：	藏品管理一直以来都是博物馆管理的核心工作，而在当今信息时代，藏品管理的信息化依然是博物馆工作的重中之重，同时也是未来数字博物馆发展的基础。藏品的信息化管理即使用数码相机、扫描仪等数码采集设备将实体藏品的信息进行数字化转化，建立相适应的数据库系统，通过计算机技术实现这些数字化的藏品信息高效统一的管理。藏品信息化管理研究的主要是信息技术在传统的藏品管理工作中的应用，以期增加和改进管理效率。 但是，博物馆藏品数量多、信息量大，随着信息时代的发展，越来越多、各种各样的多媒体信息被应用到博物馆中，因此传统的管理方式和现有的藏品管理系统都不能适应越来越膨胀的藏品数据，藏品信息化管理的变革和发展是大势所趋。由于我国博物馆的规模种类存在较大差异，各自工作流程又不尽相同，每个博物馆数字化建设的起始时间不一样，同时还受投入情况和自身条件的制约，所以总体上来说，国内博物馆的数字化建设中存在的问题也比较复杂。 本文从博物馆藏品管理信息化的实际过程出发，以天津博物馆为例，通过对馆内馆藏品信息化管理的当前现状的阐述，指出了现有藏品信息管理及藏品信息系统本身存在的问题，并对问题产生的因素加以解析研究，分析其轻重缓急与症结所在，试图为博物馆藏品信息化管理的发展和藏品管理系统的开发提出新的构想。 本文围绕藏品信息化这一博物馆工作中的专门问题，结合实际工作中遇到的具体问题，以博物馆学理论为基础，运用工商管理、计算机等相关领域的知识进行研究，融合时下最新的开放性思维和云架构设计理念，希望能为其他博物馆的信息化建设提供参考，为未来藏品信息系统的开发提供新的思路和方向。
英文摘要：	Collection management has always been the core work of museum management. In today’s information-age, the informatization management of the museum collections becomes not only the most important thing in the museum, bur also the basis for the development of digital museum in the future. The informatization management of the collection is the use of digital cameras, scanners and other digital devices converts the info of the entity collections into digital forms, and establish a database system, through the computer technology to manage all these data efficiently. This study takes as its starting point a particular understanding of how new techniques applied in the traditional collection management in museums, and exploring ways to greatly enhance the efficiency of collection management. However, with the time flies and technology develops, the museums are massive in their collections and extensive in information, and more and more different kinds of multimedia are used into the museum. Both traditional ways of collection management and existing collection management system cannot meet the fast-growing database, the change and development is the trend of the times. Because there are big differences among Chinese’s museums, such as type and size, different work flow, different starting time of the digital museum construction, and also subject to their own conditions, so in general, the problems existing in the construction of digital museum are much more complex than expect. This paper starts from the digital process of museum collection management in our country, take Tianjin Museum for instance, based on the current situation of the informatization management of the museum collections, points out the problems existing in the practical work and system itself, and analyzes the factors that produce the problems, tries to give a new idea for both of the management issue and development of collection management system. This paper focus on the specialized issue of collections’ informatization management in the museum, combined with practical problems encountered in the actual work, using the theories of museum, computer, MBA and other related fields, integrated with the latest open hinking and the concept of cloud architecture design. Hope to provide a reference for the informatization construction of other museums, and also provide new ideas and directions for the development of the future collection management system.
