中文摘要：	伴随着我国经济的高速发展，城镇化进程在不断地深入，建筑工程在城市发展中已经随处可见，高楼林立，纵横密布，然而受到社会环境、自然环境以及其他因素的影响，建筑工程在建设过程当中往往具有很大的风险性。在这些风险因素当中，有一部分是可控的，也有一部分是无法控制的，风险伴随着工程建设的始末，往往在工程管理施工过程中由于人们的风险意识薄弱而趁虚而入，诱发风险问题。加强风险研究，提升人们认知风险的能力和意识，对于提升工程风险防范和控制有着重要的现实意义。风险在本质上是一系列不确定因素的集合体，风险带给企业的损失也会有着差异性表现，针对工程风险，企业需要思考应采取何种风险管理模式来进行风险识别、分析、应对以及控制和监督，进而提升企业应对和控制风险的能力。本文基于当前社会的项目风险管理，并结合LK建筑工程的特点，以LK建筑工程项目风险分析与识别→风险评价→风险应对和监控这一研究思路来展开，系统阐述项目风险分析、识别、评价以及应对和监控将是本文的重点研究内容。本文以风险管理理论分析为基础，结合工程实例分析了风险管理，帮助企业提升应对项目风险的能力，促进企业更好的搞好项目风险管理工作，保障建筑工程项目能够顺畅进行。本文从六个章节来对工程风险管理进行展开，第一章节为绪论部分，讲述研究风险管理目的以及内容和方法等内容；第二章工程项目管理的相关内容展开了论述；从第三章开始是文章的重点研究部分，结合工程案例论述项目风险识别、风险评价以及风险应对等内容，第六章为结论部分，对全文进行了总结和展望。
英文摘要：	Along with the rapid development of China's economy, the process of urbanization unceasingly thorough, construction in urban development have everywhere, high-rise buildings, densely in length and breadth, however, affected by the social environment, the influence of natural environment and other factors, construction in the process of building the tend to have great risks.In these risk factors, a part is controllable, also has a part is unable to control the, risk accompanies the whole story of the engineering construction, often in engineering construction management process due to people's risk awareness is weak and swoop, predisposing risk.Strengthen risk research, and enhance the consciousness and ability of people perceived risk, have the important practical significance for improve the risk prevention and control of the project. Risk in nature is some uncertain factors of aggregate and risk brings loss to the enterprise will have differences in performance, needle to the project risk, companies need to think about should take what kind of risk management mode to make risk identification, analysis, response and control and supervision, and thus enhance the ability of enterprises to deal with and control the risk.The risk management based on the current social project, combined with LK construction characteristics, to LK construction project risk analysis and identification, risk evaluation, risk response and control the research clue, system on project risk analysis, identification, evaluation and on and control will be the main research contents of this paper. In risk management theory to analysis this thesis based, combined with engineering example analysis of the risk management, help enterprises to enhance the ability to respond to the project risk, promote enterprises to better do a good job of project risk management, guarantee the construction project can be carried out smoothly.The content of this paper from the six chapters of the project risk management to start, first chapter is the introduction about research risk management objectives and contents and methods; Chapter 2 project management related content launches the elaboration. From the third chapter is the key part of the thesis, combined with engineering cases to discuss the project risk identification, risk assessment and risk response, chapter six is the conclusion part, the full text were summary and outlook.
