中文摘要：	随着全球化的推进和我国改革开放的深入，国内勘察设计行业市场越加激烈，这种严峻的竞争形势促使着我国现有的勘察设计企业必须要尽快将自身的体制转型提上重要议程，建立起与我国现有市场相适应的管理体系，提升企业自身的综合竞争实力。勘察设计作为对工程项目提供专业技术和管理服务的行业，确保工程项目的质量必然将成为工程项目建设中至关重要的环节，对勘察设计企业工程项目质量管理体系进行优化，是应对当前严峻的市场竞争形势的首要任务和必要手段。 本篇论文采用文献阅读法、微观与宏观分析相结合方法以及理论与实际分析相结合的方法进行研究。首先对论文的研究背景、内容及思路进行阐述，说明对勘察设计企业工程项目质量管理体系优化的重大意义；对勘察设计行业及质量管理体系相关概念进行回顾，结合行业实际情况，对勘察设计企业质量管理的具体内容进行阐述，并对国内外工程项目管理的发展进行介绍。同时，对勘察设计企业工程项目质量管理的特点进行阐述，提出影响工程项目质量管理的主观因素和客观因素；随后，以J企业为例，将理论分析与实际案例进行结合，分析J企业组织管理及工程项目质量管理等方面现状及存在问题，并提出一系列具有可操作性的优化实施建议。 本文主要的研究成果是对勘察设计企业工程项目质量管理体系的管理模式、管理理念、人才建设及PDCA质量环等方面进行分析并提出若干优化建议，提出完善组织模式管理和搭建协同管理平台的理念，实现工程项目在全过程的管理中可以实现无缝连接，使我国勘察设计行业能够实现快速健康发展。
英文摘要：	With the deepening of globalization and China's reform and opening up, domestic survey and design industry, the market fierce increasing, this situation has prompted the existing survey and design enterprise of our country system transformation must be implemented as soon as possible, Set up and appropriate to the current market management system in our country, Improve enterprise comprehensive competitive power. Survey and design as a provider of technical and management services for the industry of the project, to ensure that the project quality will be the construction project of vital importance to the link, the optimization of survey and design enterprise project quality management system is the primary task of the response to the current severe market competition situation. In this thesis, we use the method of literature reading, micro and macro analysis, as well as the combination of theory and practice. Firstly the research background, content and ideas is expounded, description of optimization quality management system of great significance. Review the concept, in combination with the practical situation of industry, the specific content of the quality management of survey and design enterprises, and the development of engineering project management domestic and abroad. At the same time, we carries on the elaboration of survey and design enterprise project quality management characteristics, the impact of the project quality management of the subjective and objective factors. Enterprise as an example with J, ?theoretical analysis combined with the actual cases, analysis of J enterprise organization management and project quality management present situation and existing problems, and put forward the optimization advice. The main achievements of this thesis is analyzing the survey and design enterprise project quality management system management mode, management idea, talent construction and PDCA quality loop. We put forward some suggestions on how to optimize and put forward a sound organization and management mode and build collaborative management platform of the concept, the realization of project in the whole process of management can realize seamless connection, make the survey and design industry in our country can realize the rapid and sound development.
