中文摘要:设备对于生产型企业的重要性不言而喻,而生产设备的正常运行和企业的生产运营管理又是息息相关的。所以制造型企业的生产正常与否、产品质量、交付时间等在很大程度上取决于生产设备的管理是否科学、健康和完备。在生产设备管理的各方面中,维修备件的管理有占据着非常重要的地位。备件分类的准确性、采购流程、安全库存等等的方方面面都影响着备件管理的结果;备件的质量、及时性、采购成本等也直接影响着设备的保养、维护和维修的正常进行,进而影响着企业的日常经营管理。备件管理其实就是在备件管理的各个方面:备件安全库存、采购频率、采购数量、成本控制、运营风险等找到一个平衡点,这些方面相互制衡。随着备件管理的日趋成熟,以及自动化程度的提到带来的电子件和传感器的广泛应用。如何把设备的生命周期和备件的停产风险相结合应用到备件管理中去,成为了很多企业关注的管理问题,也给企业的备件管理带来了新的挑战。 本文利用备件管理理论和层次分析法以及现有的备件停产风险管理理论相结合。首先分析了N公司在备件管理中存在的问题,结合问题分析备件停产风险管理在企业备件日常管理中优化的意义以及内外部动因;然后结合相关的理论基础导出一个适合企业内部需求并且有实践意义的实施备件停产风险管理的模型;最后根据模型的优化方案,详述了该公司备件停产风险管理项目的某类设备的项目实验过程,并根据项目实施的过程和结果总结实践模型的优缺点并且分析了改进的空间。 本文的创新点在于引入了备件的停产风险管理并结合设备的生命周期应用到企业的备件管理中,使得备件的管理更加的精细化;并且能够很大的降低备件的停产和升级对企业的设备带来停产和升级的影响,以及相应的成品交付等的日常管理问题。本论文的研究旨在通过对备件管理的细分,并引入层次分析法以及停产风险管理等理论来增加企业设备管理和生产管理的可靠性,并进而最终转化为企业的核心竞争力。  
英文摘要:It is self-evident that equipment is of great importance to the manufacturing-type enterprise, and the normal operation of the production equipment is closely related to the production operation management of the enterprise. Whether the production of the manufacturing enterprise is normal or not mostly depends on whether the management of the production equipment is reasonable, healthy and complete, and so are the quality of the product and the delivery time. Of all aspects of the management of the production equipment, the management of maintenance spare parts occupies an important position. The accuracy of the spare parts classification, the procurement process, the safety stock and the like all affect the spare parts management. The quality, promptness and procurement cost of spare parts also have the direct effect on the normal operation of the equipment maintenance and repair, and then affect the daily operation and management of the enterprise. Spare parts management is to find a balance point in its all aspects, such as the safety stock, procurement frequency, cost control, operation risk, etc., and these aspects are of checks and balances. With the maturity of spare parts management and the wide application of electronic parts and sensors due to the improvement of automaticity, many enterprises have focused on the management issue of how to combine the life cycle of the equipment with the production risk of spare parts and apply it into spare parts management, and it also brings the new challenge to spare parts management of the enterprise. With the application of Spare Parts Management Theory and Analytic Hierarchy Process, and the combination of the spare parts production risk management theory, this thesis first analyzes the problems existing in the spare parts management of company N, and analyzes the significance and internal as well as external motivation of the spare parts production risk management in the daily spare parts maintenance of the enterprise according to the problems. Then combined with related theories, the thesis deduces a model for the implementation of spare parts production risk management, which is suitable for the internal demand of the enterprise and of practical significance. At last, according to the optimization of the model, the thesis describes the project experiment process of some equipment in the spare parts production management project of company N in detail. In accordance of the project implementation process and its result, the thesis concludes merits and demerits of the practice model and analyzes the room for improvement. The innovations of this thesis lies in the import of production risk management of spare parts with the combination of life cycle of the equipment and apply it into the spare parts management of the enterprise, making the spare parts management more elaborate. It can also greatly reduce the influence, which comes from the stop production and upgrade of the equipment, on the equipment of the enterprise, and also the according daily management issues such as finished product delivery, etc. Through the detail classification of spare parts management and the introduction of the Analytic Hierarchy Process as well as the production risk management theory, this thesis aims to increase the reliability of equipment management and production management in the enterprise, which finally transforms into the core competence of the enterprise.
