中文摘要:本文以项目时间管理的理论为理论基础,结合真实的电子产品开发项目案例,将项目时间管理引入到在TH公司的电子产品开发项目中去。本文根据TH公司电子产品开发项目的开发时间过程将项目分解成三个阶段,即项目准备阶段、项目实施阶段以及项目验收阶段。在项目的每个阶段对项目进度计划的定制、控制以及和变更三个方面进行深入研究和分析。最后对在TH公司电子产品开发项目中应用时间管理进行总结,归纳出TH公司电子产品开发项目的时间管理的工具和模板。本文首先介绍了项目时间管理的理论知识,包括项目时间管理的概念、WBS分解结构、关键路径法、项目活动的定义、项目活动的分解、排序、项目活动的时间估算等。然后简略介绍了TH公司以及TH公司电子开发项目。结合项目时间管理理论对TH公司电子产品开发项目进行活动的定义、分解,然后对这些活动排序,最终得出TH公司电子产品开发项目的进度计划,并对项目进度计划进行控制。同时对项目进度的变更进行控制,使项目的进度得到有效的管理。在此分析过程中得出项目活动分解清单、项目活动时序网络图、项目工期估算、项目WBS工作分解、甘特图以及关键路径。由于在TH公司电子产品开发项目中应用了项目时间管理的方法,制定了项目时间管理计划,使得项目的时间得到了有效的控制,项目如期完成。本文采用的研究方法是理论结合实际,研究的重点是将项目时间管理应用到TH公司电子产品开发项目中去。为以后的项目时间管理理论在实际中的应用提供一些帮助。关键词:电子产品开发项目,项目时间管理,项目进度计划,甘特图,关键路径 
英文摘要:This thesis based on the project time management theory, combined with the electronic product development project case, introduce project time management to the electronic product development project in TH Company. This thesis divides the project into the project preparation stage, implementation stage and project acceptance stage according to the time course of the project development. In-depth research and analysis this three stages, make project time schedule, time control schedule and control the change of time schedule. Summarize the application of time management in project case, and get the tools and templates of the electronic product development project. This thesis first introduces the theoretical knowledge of project time management, including Project Time Management, WBS (Work Breakdown Structure), Critical Path method, Planning Activity Definition, Project Activity Sequencing, Activity Duration Estimating. Then take the project case as an example, briefly introduce the background of TH Company. Based on the project time management theory to define the project activity, finally obtains the project schedule and the project time control schedule. At the same time, control the change of the project time schedule, make sure the project time effective be managed. During this analysis process, give the project activity list, project activity sequence diagram, project activity duration estimating table, project WBS, project Gantt chart and project critical path. Because the application of project time management in the case project, make the project time management plan, the project time has been effectively be controlled, and the project finish on time. The research methods used in this thesis is the combination of theory and practice, the focus of the study is to apply the project time management to the electronic product development project. To provide some help for the future application of project time management theory in electronic product development project.
