中文摘要:摘 要 随着IT外包业务的不断成熟发展,IT多方外包服务作为IT外包(IT Outsourcing)服务的延伸,在当今动荡的商业环境下,已成为全球信息技术服务外包的一个新的发展方向和战略转变。所谓IT多方外包服务即企业或组织通过整合将不同的业务范围分拆给最具竞争力的不同供应商实施,来达到最优化的实现业务目标。鉴于IT多方外包的优势,越来越多的企业开始参与此方式进行项目实施。但是因为在项目中涉及过多的供应商共同参与实施,IT项目经理如何管理和把握项目的整体进度成为了一个难题,并且IT多方外包项目实施的进度状态是决定项目是否可以成功交付的关键所在。 在IT多方外包项目中,特别是高不确定性的开发项目,因为需要多个外包团队共同参与,当遇到需求不明、沟通不畅、缺乏多团队管理手段等因素时,沿用现有计划驱动过程下的进度管理方法势必会造成进度延误与返工现象。因而基于此背景下期望通过研究并利用Scrum敏捷方法对IT多方外包项目进度管理方面的改善,来克服在IT多方外包项目领域中传统项目管理应用的不足。 本文首先回顾了IT外包的概念、基于计划驱动过程的进度管理理论与Scrum敏捷方法相关理论,其次介绍了N集团IT 多方外包项目的概况,并从当前项目进度实施的现状出发,分析了关于进度管理方面存在的问题。再次,根据Scrum敏捷方法在IT多方外包项目中的适用性,提出了基于Scrum敏捷方法对IT多方外包项目进度管理的改善研究,这其中既包括对外包项目组织架构的改善,又包含对整体项目进度管理过程的改善,并且依据改善研究的成果,将它应用到一个实际的IT多方外包项目中,详细分析了在项目实施过程中如何部署敏捷团队与敏捷进度管理(冲刺)过程的迭代实施,实例证明Scrum敏捷方法在IT多方外包项目领域的适用性。最后,根据如上分析研究提出了本文的主要结论及创新之处,同时因研究的局限性也指出了本文存在的不足以及未来研究发展的方向。 
英文摘要:Abstract With the mature development of IT Outsourcing , IT Multi-Sourcing services as IT Outsourcing’s extension services, in today's turbulent business environment has become a new direction of development and strategic shift in the global IT services outsourcing. The IT Multi-Sourcing means that business or organization through the integration of different business spin-off to the most competitive supplier of different embodiments, to achieve optimal business goals. Given the advantages of IT Multi-Sourcing, more and more companies began to participate in the implementation of the project in this manner. But because the project involves too many suppliers to participate in deployment, project managers who how to manage and grasp the overall progress of the project has become a problem, and the state of progress of project implementation is the key to determine whether the project can be successfully delivered. In the IT Multi-Sourcing projects, particularly high uncertainty development projects, because of the need to participate in more than one outsourcing team, When confronted with unknown demand, poor communication, lack of multi-team management tools and other factors. Follow the existing schedule management plan-driven process will inevitably lead to progress delays and rework. Based on the background expectations, through researching and using the Scrum Agile Method to improve the schedule management in IT Multi-Sourcing project. And overcome the shortcomings of traditional project management applications in the field of IT Multi-Sourcing project. This paper firstly reviews the concept of IT Outsourcing, based on the progress of the management theory of plan-driven and Scrum Agile theory, make the introduction for Group N’s IT Multi-Sourcing project and starting from the current status of progress of the project deployment, the analysis on the progress existing management issues. Secondly, according to Scrum Agile applicability in IT Multi-Sourcing project, we proposed to improve the study of IT Multi-Sourcing project schedule management based on Scrum Agile Method, which includes both the improvement of the organizational structure of the outsourcing project, but also contains the overall project improved schedule management process, and based on the results of improved research, apply it to an actual IT Multi-Sourcing project, a detailed analysis of the iterative implementation of how to deploy agile teams and agile schedule management in the project implementation process (Sprint) process, examples of proof Scrum Agile applicability in the field of IT Multi-Sourcing project. Finally, the paper summarize the result of this research and bring the innovation. But also points out the insufficiency of this research and put the direction of research in future.
