| 中文摘要: | 随着市场经济的发展,企业竞争的加剧,企业供应管理的竞争已经成为各生产型企业的核心竞争,因为市场信息的日益透明,竞争环境的日益白热化,企业已经不可能通过提价,增加销售额这些单纯手段来保持企业的市场地位,而一些本属于企业内部的运营环节,尤其是供应管理环节已经被推上竞争一线,而企业在市场中的竞争力往往是由内部供应管理水平的高低决定,因为整个供应管理贯穿企业的信息流和实物流,贯穿企业价值增值的核心环节,对企业运营成本,服务水平有着直接和关键的影响,优化企业供应管理已成为提高企业竞争力的重要手段。在企业中供应管理的目的是通过联通企业内外部需求,通过对内有效发挥库存管理的作用,对外联合供应商管理,最终实现降低企业库存和综合运营成本,提高生产运营效率,增强企业竞争力的目标。本文从供应管理着手,分别从需求管理,库存管理和供应商管理三个方面入手, 对现有的国内外相关管理理论的研究现状进行了综述,并且浅析了相关理论的应用实际,进而论述供应管理对企业的重要意义。本文以S公司为研究背景,重点分析了作为典型生产型企业的S公司的供应管理的现状,特点,和存在问题。以供应管理为依托,以需求管理,库存管理和供应商管理相关理论为依据,以提升S公司市场竞争力为最终目标,对其现有的流程,制度和管理方式提出了优化和实施方案。将产成品进行分类,将原材料进行分类,将供应商进行分类,再根据其各自不同特点和存在问题,提出相应的优化方案。同时根据S公司的企业实际和自身特点,提出贯穿整个实物流的条码系统方案,以及ERP软件管理系统优化等解决方案。供应管理理论会随着企业管理水平的提高而不断完善,而在不同企业中因其企业特点不同,供应管理的实际也会不同。本文是从生产型企业角度出发进行分析和论述,以期对此类企业有一定的借鉴作用. | |
| 英文摘要: | Along with the development of market economy, the competition between companies becomes more and more aggravated. The key competition between companies now is the supply management level of the company. As the market information is more and more open, and the competition is white-hot, it is not possible anymore to keep one company’s competitive position in the market simply by increasing the sale prices or by increasing the sale volume. But the company’s internal control processes especially the supply management level become more and more critical. As the supply management runs through both the information flow and the materials flow, it is very important to the whole value add process. Supply management influents not only the operational cost and service quality of the company. It is supply management level that gives big influence of the company’s competitiveness. So it is an important means to improve its competitiveness by optimizing the supply management in the company. The aim of supply management is to reduce inventory level, to lower operational cost, to increase operational efficiency, and to enhance the competitiveness by consolidating both the internal demand & external demand, by inventory management, and by supplier management development. In this thesis, the theories and status quo of present research on supply management from aspects of demand management, inventory management and supplier management. There is a brief analysis about the application practice of these theories, and analysis of the benefit of supply management to the company. In this thesis, on the background of company S, the status quo analysis, characteristics analysis and problem analysis of supply management in company S is done. With the aim of enhancing the company competitiveness, the thesis depends on supply management, giving optimum proposal and implementation measures to the company’s process, institution and management method on the basis of theories about demand management, inventory management and supplier management. The finish goods, raw materials and suppliers is proposed to be re-classified. Bar-code system and ERP optimization is also proposed according to the status and characteristics of the company. The supply management theories will be improved with the improvement of enterprise management level. In different companies, the characteristics and status is different. With the hope that discussion and proposals in the thesis could give any guidance to similar kind of companies, this thesis focuses on analysis to manufacturing enterprise. | |
