中文摘要:随着国际金融监管机构对于反洗钱、反恐怖融资、制裁国家交易等国际问题的日益重视,客户尽职调查已经越来越受到世界各银行的重视。特别是像渣打银行这样的国际知名银行,频繁的参与国际金融活动,为了确保自身的交易监管体制满足国际金融监管机构的要求,也在逐渐完善自身的客户尽职调查业务。目前渣打银行客户尽职调查的相关要求以及相应的流程管理经验已经比较成熟和先进,对于我国的客户尽职调查事业有着很好的研究和借鉴意义。 本文首先介绍了客户尽职调查的研究背景及意义,进而阐述了本文所研究的内容和方法,对银行潜在的风险因素及人力资源管理理论等主要分析理论进行了总结;其次介绍了渣打银行企业客户尽职调查的主要内容;针对渣打银行高风险企业客户管理介绍了根据风险级别进行管理措施的主要内容;进而介绍了渣打银行如何从风险识别、风险评估、风险评估、风险缓解和控制、风险监控四个方面控制操作风险;结合实际情况从信息管理、人员管理及人员管理三个方面提出了管理问题,分析了原因并针对性的给出了管理建议。 由此得出结论,渣打银行的客户尽职调查已经逐渐趋于成熟值得我国借鉴;渣打银行的风险自查程序符合风控要求并具有实操意义;防范操作风险应重视信息、流程、人员上的管理。  
英文摘要:With international finance regulations pay more attention to anti-money laundering, anti-terrorist financing, sanction dealings, etc. more and more banks would like pay more attention to customer due diligence. Especially for the world reputable bank of Standard Chartered Bank which are frequently participated into world finance and transactions. In order to satisfy the requirement of world finance regulations, SCB also improve their quality of customer due diligence as required. At present, SCB relevant procedure and management process has ranked world’s advanced level. Their rich experience would be good example for China customer due diligence. First of all, based on the background and meaning of customer due diligence, this paper introduce the content and methodology of general customer due diligence. What’s more, this paper also uses the theory of bank risks, theory of human resources, etc. Additionally, we introduce the major content of customer due diligence and introduce the methodology of how does SCB control its high risks client. Besides that, we introduce how does SCB control its operation risks from ‘risk identify’, ‘risk assessment’, ‘risk mitigation and control’ and ‘risk monitor’. Finally, analyzing the issues from information management, process management and people management and then provide optimization suggestions. As conclusion the methodology of Customer Due Diligence of Standard Chartered Bank is trend to mature and has important significance. What’s more, the content of SCB CDD risk control satisfied the requirement of operation risk control and has practical possibilities. Last but not the least, risk control should consider the issues from information management, process management as well as people management.
