中文摘要:质量是企业的核心竞争力,产品质量的优劣不仅决定了企业的盈利能力还关乎企业的生死存亡。质量管理是企业管理中最具挑战性的内容之一,产品质量水平的高低是企业管理水平和技术实力的综合体现。在制造业进入大规模定制化生产的时代,企业必须利用信息化的手段来保障和提高质量管理水平才能适应新的市场竞争环境,立于不败之地。 现代管理之父彼得·德鲁克指出:“无论什么传统产业,之所以能发展壮大,就是因为它们围绕知识和信息进行了重组”。对于传统制造业而言,继自动化技术之后,信息技术的广泛应用为产业水平的进一步提高创造了条件。信息技术不仅可以提高制造业的生产效率,还可以实现精益化质量管理,提高制程能力降低质量成本。制造执行系统(Manufacturing Execution System,MES) 是制造过程信息化管理的工具,通过对数据的处理起到优化流程,提高管理效率的作用。制造执行系统可以收集和分析生产过程中的质量信息,并通过特定的方式呈现出来,从而实现质量的信息化管理。 本文结合S公司的管理实践,分析了风机叶片生产过程中存在的若干质量问题和质量风险,论证了利用制造执行系统进行质量防误的可行性,并针对这些质量风险设计了解决方案。分析了S公司的竞争环境和主要质量隐患,论述了基于MES的质量防误系统的意义和价值。阐述了风机叶片生产对防误系统的需求和系统的体系架构,设计了基于MES的质量防误模块。介绍了MES防误系统的实施策略和在玻纤铺设工序的实现以及改善效果。展望了MES的发展趋势,提出实现智能化质量管理是MES发展的最终目标。 关键词:信息化;MES;质量管理;竞争优势  
英文摘要:Quality is the core competitiveness of enterprises which not only determine its profitability but also survival. As one of the most challenging parts in business management, product quality is a comprehensive reflection of management and technology. Information technology on quality management is critical factor to win in the era of manufacturing enter into mass customization. Peter Drucker, the father of modern management, pointed out that no matter what traditional industry is, the reason of its development and expansion is because they are restructured around the knowledge and information. After the implementation of automation technology in traditional industries, information technology creates the conditions to further enhance the industrial level. Information technology can not only improve the productivity, but also contribute lean quality management and improve process capability to reduce the cost of quality. Manufacturing execution system (MES) is a process information management tool to improve management efficiency through data processing and optimize the processes. MES collects and analyzes the quality information of manufacturing process, and present it in a specific way to achieve information management to quality. Combining S company's management practices, a number of quality risks in wind turbine blade production is analyzed, the feasibility of the error proofing by using MES is demonstrated, and solutions against the quality risk is designed. The competitive environment and the major quality risks in S corporation are analyzed, the significance and value of MES based quality error proofing system is discussed. The requirements and framework of the MES error proofing system in wind turbine blades production is described, MES based quality error proofing modules are studied. The implementation of MES based error proofing system as well as the method of error proofing and corresponding performance improvement in glass fiber layup process is described. The development trend of MES is forecasted and intelligent MES quality management is the ultimate goal of development is proposed.
