中文摘要:电子商务是利用微电脑技术和网络通讯技术进行的商务活动。时至今日,电子商务中的Business to Customer(简称:B2C)模式已经变成为人民大众的一种生活方式,无论身居繁华的都市,还是身处偏远地区,电子商务的便捷、迅速与神奇给生活带来了前所未有的体验和变化。互联网已经为人类提供了一种全新的商业模式。电子商务通过网络进行直接销售,节省了诸多中间环节,从而有效降低了价格。人们只要通过网络,动动鼠标,就可以在很多的时间内购买到所需的商品,足不出户就完成了商品的购买行为。 据不完全统计,我国每年出口货物因包装不善导致超过百亿美元的损失,然而却没有找到国内物流过程中因包装不善导致货物损失的具体数据。通过网络调查和实际走访电商物流部门,发现电商快递过程中货物损坏导致消费者退换货虽然没有具体的数据统计,但是确实给电商带来了很大的困扰。因为货损直接损害了供应商、电商、物流的直接利益,间接影响了消费者的体验。 电商物流过程出现货损,不仅导致产品的直接损失,还涉及仓储物流费、反向物流费、退换货等、甚至导致消费者满意率下降等诸多间接损失。期望通过本次研究利用货损、供应链管理、作业标准化、包装标准化的思想和物流监测技术来对电商货损进行改善。首先,本文回顾了货损、供应链管理、作业标准化、包装标准化的相关理论;其次,分析B2C电商货损管理现状,提出管理改进的动因,通过物流监测分别对上游供应商、中间仓储环节和下游配送环节进行物流危害数据调研,在调研数据的基础上制定符合电商的运输测试标准,依据此标准改进产品或包装设计来满足运输危害因素。在组建合理的部门和配备合适人员的基础上对货损管理进行持续的改进;再次,以TX电商基于供应链的货损管理案例验证管理方案;最后,总结研究结论与创新,提出研究不足与展望。 
英文摘要:E-commerce is one kind of business activities that uses microcomputer technology and network communication technology. Nowadays B2C has become a life style, whatever you live in downtown or remote area. Only going Internet and moving a mouse, you can enjoy the B2C of its convenience and efficiency. Internet is establishing a new commercial space. The purpose of B2C is to flat the Internet marketing, in order to deliver goods to customers in more direct travel, cheaper costs and more convenient delivery. According to incomplete statistics, about decade billion dollars goods damage happened every year due to the bad goods package for export goods. But there is no specific recording about domestic goods damage. Also we don’t find damages data about B2C. But Cargo damage really disturbs B2C. Because it directly affects the profits of suppliers, B2C and logistics and consumer experience. Cargo damage occurs during the logistics not only cause cargo loss but also increase storage cost, reverse logistics cost and dissatisfy customers. This article is trying to use supply chain management,packaging standardization,job standardization and logistics monitoring to improve cargo damages. Firstly, review theories of supply chain management,packaging standardization,job standardization Secondly, Analyze the supply chain management and raise improvement motivation. According to monitoring logistics hazards of suppliers, warehouse and distribution by logistics monitoring methods, set up transit test standard. Improve products or package design to satisfy logistics hazards using this transit test standard. Establish department and suitable staff to manage cargo damages and improvement. Thirdly, verify management plan according to TX B2C cargo damage management improvement. Lastly, summary conclusion and innovation of research come up with lack of research and prospects.
