中文摘要：	随着改革开放的不断深入，全球化的程度不断提高，越来越多的国外制造业巨头开始将生产线转移到成本低廉、市场需求巨大而且经济高速发展的国家（例如中国），或者使生产线体在国内不同的地方之间进行转移。这已经成为一种竞争战略。通过生产线的转移，企业同时转移了资产、技术和管理方式，效果尤为突出。其实在实践中生产线项目战略转移不是所有都成功。所以研究和分析生产线项目转移的顺利实施俨然成为了一个很重要的课题。鉴于此，本文通过项目管理、质量管理和公司运营管理的基本理论和方法，研究了KGDJ公司对AB项目的转移中所出现的特点和问题，并结合汽车（零部件）行业的特殊性阐述了将项目管理、质量管理和运营管理等企业管理方法应用到生产线和项目转移中的必要性和汽车（零部件）行业的复杂性。在讨论AB项目运营及战略转移的同时，集成整合了项目管理特征和机理、风险评估、质量体系管理、制造运营、供应商采购开发和仓储管理等主要理论和体系要求，并进行了详细的分析研究和论述。剖析了国际五百强企业在战略项目转移中的体系运营和重大项目转移过程中必然会出现的风险和问题点，以及如何消除风险保证项目顺利实施。本文结合切身实际经历项目战略转移案例，提出了生产线体转移的整体方案，对企业管理实际应用进行了详实的说明和总结，也希望对类似的企业活动有所裨益。
英文摘要：	By following the more and more deep development of the Chinese economics reform and open, we are improving the globalization constantly，more and more big global manufacturing company is beginning to launch production line to the low cost, huge market demand and economic developing with high speed area, such as China. Or make production line migration happened between different area in same country. This has been already established one kind of strategy. Under the production line migration，company transferred not only focus on the capital but also technology and management concept, and the result shows quite outstanding finally.。But that are not all the production line migration could be successful in reality. Thus to research and analyze how to launch the production line migration successfully is the important subject for sure. By using the project management, quality management and operations management theory and method, this document research the problem and critical points which ever happened during KGDJ company AB project migration ,also combine with the special characteristic in automotive (component) field to investigate how necessary to use project management, quality system management and operations management methodology on production line migration. Furthermore to address the complexity, risk and problem on business strategy migration for international company. Also analyze and discuss the solution how to avoid the risk to make sure the flawless launch successfully. The thesis proposes the integrated solution for production line migration which is based on the actual experience on project strategy migration. Meanwhile the thesis made the detailed illustration and instruction to enterprise management; so hopefully, it could be helpful and beneficial to the other similar enterprise activity.
