中文摘要:本文的研究对象QXLP公司,是一家着眼于儿童健康的科技公司,于2015年注册于天津市空港经济区,主要业务是儿童健康科技产品的研发和销售。有三位联合创始人,他们在伴随各自孩子的成长过程中,面对各种因素对孩子健康可能产生的威胁,产生了共同的想法:想利用在世界一流科技企业多年积累的技术及管理经验,着眼孩子们的细节健康,通过提供高质量产品帮助孩子们健康成长,QXLP公司也由此诞生。 孩子们的坐姿问题是父母们普遍存在的苦恼,没有被满足的市场需求是QXLP公司创始人发现的机会,但是这个机会是不是一个可以用来创业的好机会,如何评价这个机会,市场前景如何,怎样定位,应该采用什么样的战略去实现这个机会的价值,是本文研究的内容。 本文运用了创业机会的识别、评估以及战略决策的相关理论,以QXLP公司为研究对象,对该公司的创业机会的评价,市场分析及定位,战略决策等问题进行了详细论述。内容上首先通过创业动因和公司的价值主张了解了QXLP公司的背景和概况,随后阐述了QXLP公司发现的机会及由此产生的创意产品原理。然后结合理论,重新认识了这个创业机会的由来,并对机会进行了初步评价;通过调查问卷的形式了解了消费者需求的真实性;利用产品众筹平台预售,实战性地检验了机会转化为商业收益的可行性。随后通过对公司自身和市场的分析,明确了公司及产品的市场定位;讨论了为实现机会价值所建立的商业模式现状和需要改变的方向;运用SWOT法分析得出了实现这个机会价值的基本战略。最后讨论了机会转化过程中可能遇到的风险问题及其管控。 本文的研究可以直观地展现创业机会的识别、评价,市场分析,战略制定等过程,不仅对处于创业初期的QXLP公司本身产生了实际的价值,其研究成果及过程中用到的分析方法对有意创建小型企业的创业者也有一定的参考意义。 
英文摘要:The object of this paper is Company QXLP, which is a technology company paying attention to children’s health. It registered at Tianjin Airport Economic Area in 2015. The main business is researching and selling technological products for children’s health. There are three joint founders who have the same idea. When they accompany the growth of their children, many factors would threaten the health of children. They want to use the technology and management experiences of the first class company in the world. From the details of children’s health, they provide high quality products to help children grow up healthily. That is the original purpose of Company QXLP. Many parents worry about the sitting posture of their children. It is entrepreneurial opportunity from the unmet market needs. So the research content of this paper is whether it is a good entrepreneurial opportunity, how to evaluate the opportunity, what the market prospect is, how to positioning, and which strategy should be used? The paper uses the theories in identification and assessment to entrepreneurial opportunity, meanwhile the strategic decision is also used. Take Company QXLP as a research object and discuss the problems in evaluation, selection and strategy of entrepreneurial opportunity. First of all, comprehend the background and overview of Company QXLP by entrepreneurial motivation and value proposition. Then explain the opportunity that is found by Company QXLP and the principle of creative products. At last, combine theories to understand the source of opportunity again and evaluate preliminarily. We know the authenticity of customers’ need by questionnaire, pre-sales by crowd funding platform, verify the business feasibility of the opportunity. With the analysis of market, the position of company and products are made clear; with the analysis of SWOT, the basic strategies of company are clear. At the end of the paper, the risk issues in the conversion process of opportunity are discussed. The study of this paper can show the process in identification, evaluation, market analysis and strategy formulation of entrepreneurial opportunity visually. The result and analysis methods not only have practical meaning for the Company QXLP at the beginning of startup, but also have reference for the entrepreneur of small business.
