中文摘要:A教育培训机构是全国最大的教育培训机构新东方教育科技(集团)有限公司旗下的高端教育品牌,随着11年8月份A教育培训机构的建立,这几年A教育培训机构的发展速度非常的快,作为一个人力资源劳动密集型的企业,优秀的员工成为企业竞争取胜的重要的因素,企业要想高速发展,离不开优秀人才的支撑。近几年来,A教育培训机构也致力于员工培训体系的建设,非常重视对人员的培训工作,对公司内部的员工投入了大量的财力,物力,人力去做培训支持,通过多形式的培训,为企业各个岗位提供了大量的人才,甚至不惜重金送员工出去培训,同时也初步建立了A教育培训机构的员工培训体系,取得了一定的成绩,但是也存在明显的问题,例如,集团制定的培训计划,不接“地气”,没有迎合一线运营中心的培训需求;培训后的评估缺乏,有的只有简单的评估回收,有的没有评估回收;培训效果难以验证;外出培训,尤其是出国培训,针对性不强,前期沟通预估不足,没有得到所期望的效果和成绩。本文就是以A教育培训机构为模板,研究A教育培训机构的员工培训体系,进行案例分析讨论,运用所学的管理学,人力资源学,组织行为学,培训收益与评估的相关理论等,重点剖析了A教育培训机构目前培训中存在的主要问题,并且对其进行分析和研究,从而提出相应的解决思路和对策,对如何改善和提高人力资源的培训工作提出了可行性的建议和方案。首先详细介绍了国内外学者在培训领域的研究成果,通过理论联系实际的方法,给A教育培训机构的员工培训体系上一些启发。然后剖析了目前A教育培训机构的员工培训体系,从组织体系,流程体系,课程体系来分析了目前A教育培训机构员工培训体系的缺陷,针对这些问题,分别提出了可行性的优化方案。优化之后的A教育培训机构的员工培训体系,一定是更加科学和完整的。本文结论就是通过成立专门的培训管理中心,使得培训工作的开展更加的有效和有条理,重新优化培训流程上的不规范的动作,使其更加的合理,对课程也重新进行梳理,让课程内容更加的丰富,最后,也在培训的投入和收益上进行了简单的评估,能够在培训投入经费有限的情况下,达到收益的最大化。 
英文摘要:Educational training school A is the high-end brand branch of the New Oriental Education & Technology Group Limited Company, the largest training school in China now. It is established in August 11 in Beijing. In recent years, Educational training School A develops very fast, as a human resource of labor-intensive enterprise, excellent employees have become an important factor for the enterprise to develop. The top management levels in Educational training School A are devoted to build the staff training system,they input a large number of financial, material and manpower to support the staff training. Educational training School A provides multiple forms for staff training, and after training it can provide lots of talents to various positions. Until now,Educational training School A has established the staff training system,and achieved certain results,but there are also some problems,for example,some training program do not meet the needs of the front-line operation center, lack of the training evaluation,training effect is difficult to evaluate; Especially training abroad, the aim of the training is not clear; also the lack of communication cannot lead to the expected result or performance. This paper is taking Educational training school A as a template to analyze Educational training School A’s staff training system, using the theory of knowledge management, human resource management, organization behavior, training benefits and evaluation of relevant theory. It focuses on the analysis of the main problems exiting in the training of Educational training School A, and makes research and study, and puts forward the corresponding solution ideas and countermeasures. First of all, the paper introduces the domestic and foreign scholars in the field of training research results, through the theory with the actual method, it can offer some inspiration to the Educational training School A's staff training system. And in order to solve these problems in the staff training system, I analyze Educational training School A’s current employee training system, the organization system, the process system, curriculum system, investment income to analyze the currently a company employee training system. The conclusion of this paper is through the training department center, the training was established, and we can make the training more effective and orderly. Finally, on the training input and income were simple evaluation, hope to be able to in the training investment limited funds under, achieve revenue maximization.
