| 中文摘要: | 天津送变电工程公司作为国家电网公司下属的一家施工企业,在全国范围内承担着从110千伏到1000千伏不同电压等级的电网工程建设。随着国家电网公司“三集五大”体系建设的逐步完善和我国电网工程建设步伐的加快,天津送变电工程公司人力资源管理方面的劣势尤为明显。由于各方面的原因,天津送变电工程公司在人力资源结构方面越来越明显的显现出年龄结构老龄化严重、人员年龄结构两级分化明显、平均知识水平偏低、中高级技术类人员和专业管理人员数量及质量远远不能满足本专业发展需要等问题。针对天津送变电工程公司在人力资源管理上所面临的诸多问题,本文试图应用组织理论的研究方法,在人力资源招聘、薪酬绩效、领导干部选拔和任免、后备人才选拔和培养等方面采取相应的措施来解决这些问题,优化天津送变电工程公司的人力资源管理,为企业提升核心竞争力和可持续发展寻求一条道路。因此,本文首对点明选题背景和选题意义,然后对本文预期达成的目标和本文拟采用的研究方法进行简要的说明。其次对本文中可能用到的一些理论进行简单回顾和介绍。第三,结合天津送变电工程公司目前的人力资源管理现状,分析存在的问题,并对形成这种问题的原因进行简要分析。第四,针对天津送变电工程公司目前所面临的人力资源管理方面的问题,从人力资源招聘、薪酬绩效、考核激励机制、领导干部选拔和任免、后备人才选拔和培养等几个方面提出人力资源管理优化措施,以期能够为以后的体制机制改革和管理高度提升提供参考。最后对全文进行总结,提出创新点,提炼其中的不足,希望能够为天津送变电工程公司人力资源管理的优化提供参考依据。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Tianjin transfer and transmission company is a subsidiary construction company of State Grid Corporation of China, undertakes grid construction projects from 110 kV to 1000 kV voltage level across the country. As the improvement of “three five ” system of State Grid Corporation of China and the acceleration of Chinese power grid construction, the vulnerabilities of Tianjin transfer and transmission company are gradually revealed and the disadvantages of human resource are particularly evident. Due to various reasons, the structure of human resource of Tianjin transfer and transmission company obviously shows that the age structure obviously aging and polarization,the average knowledge level is showing the low side,the quantity and quality of middle and senior talents and professional management personal is far from being able to meet the development of Tianjin transfer and transmission company etc. . To solve the problems that Tianjin transfer and transmission company is confronted with,the author attempts to optimize the human resource structure of Tianjin transfer and transmission company,and finally find a method to improve the core competitiveness and ensure the sustainable development of Tianjin transfer and transmission company. This article firstly makes a brief introduction of the human resource structure and the causes of this situation of Tianjin transfer and transmission company, analyzes the important meaning of human resource structure optimization. Secondly combining with the recruitment features of State Grid Corporation of China and the human resource management features of Tianjin transfer and transmission company, from how to optimize the structure of state-owned staff, how to select and train reserve talents, how to rational use of labor dispatch form, to probe how to optimize the human resource structure of Tianjin transfer and transmission company. Finally, summarizing the whole paper. | |
