中文摘要：	EPC模式下化工项目的采购工作，贯穿EPC化工项目的设计、施工、调试、交工等各个阶段。采购各阶段关键工作节点的实现，将直接影响EPC项目设计、施工、调试等阶段关键工作的实施，从而影响EPC化工项目整体时间计划。研究EPC模式下化工项目的采购时间计划，具有较高的现实意义。作者以沙特沙比克烧碱环保改造项目为例，采用理论与具体项目经验相结合的方法，梳理出EPC模式下化工项目的采购时间计划的思想、流程、要素和方法。本文分为六个部分。第一章绪论，介绍了论文研究的背景，研究的意义、研究目的和研究方法，确立了论文的研究内容和论文框架。第二章回顾了EPC项目管理模式的特点，引出了项目时间计划和EPC项目采购时间管理的理论，为论文研究确立了理论基础；第三章分析了EPC化工项目采购时间计划的特点和影响因素，确定了EPC化工项目采购时间计划的原则、流程和框架。第四章通过对EPC化工项目不同种类和特性的设备材料的采购活动，梳理了EPC化工项目采购时间计划的主要方法。第五章以沙特沙比克烧碱环保改造项目实例，结合该项目采购活动，直观的阐述了EPC化工项目采购时间计划的流程。第六章整理出了本论文的结论，对论文研究的不足之处提出展望。本文结论：EPC模式下化工项目的采购工作贯穿EPC化工项目设计、施工、调试、交工的各个阶段，以EPC化工项目的采购流程为工具，将EPC模式化工项目的采购与设计、施工、调试等工作联合，明确EPC模式下化工项目的采购时间计划的流程和方法。EPC模式下化工项目的采购时间计划需要服从EPC化工项目整体时间计划，同时与EPC模式化工项目的设计、施工、调试计划相协调。
英文摘要：	The procurement in EPC mode chemical project, run through all project phase such as engineering, construction, pre-commissioning and hand-over. the milestone of procurement will have great influence to the whole project schedule. The Research on Procurement Schedule of EPC Mode Chemical Project shall have great practical meaning. Taking SABIC SADAF Project as example, combining theory with practice, Carding the principle, process, element and method of EPC Mode Chemical Project Procurement Schedule. The paper is divided into six parts. The first chapter introduced the background, the meaning, the purpose and the method of paper, established the contents and the frame of the paper. The second chapter described the character of EPC mode, extracted relative theory such as project schedule and procurement plan. The third chapter described the character and influence of project procurement schedule, established the principle, the progress and the frame of EPC mode chemical project procurement schedule. The forth chapter described the main methods of EPC mode chemical project procurement schedule by analyzing different equipment and material procurement. The fifth chapter described the process of EPC mode chemical project procurement schedule based on the SABIC SADAF EOP project. The sixth chapter summarized the conclusion and expectation of the Paper. Main conclusion of the Paper: The procurement in EPC mode chemical project, run through all project phase such as engineering, construction, pre-commissioning and hand-over. Based on procurement progress and milestone work in EPC project, establishing the procurement schedule progress and method。The procurement schedule of EPC mode chemical project must comply with the EPC mode chemical project general schedule and coordinate with the other special schedule.
