中文摘要：	伴随着国民经济的进一步发展，建筑行业也呈现出猛烈的发展态势，并加剧了建筑市场上的竞争局势。建筑施工企业为在市场环境中获得一席之地，需要不断提供高品质的建筑产品，同时切实降低施工成本，尤其要降低不合格成本所造成的损失现象，也就是质量成本。文章结合GY住宅二期项目的质量成本控制实例，系统性的研究了该项目的质量管理以及成本控制问题，并基于项目管理角度，探讨了科学有效的质量成本控制体系的有效建立，重点分析了项目质量损失成本源以及质量损失成本，并基于全面质量管理理论提出了工程项目质量成本控制问题的改进措施。本文总共分为6大章内容。第一章主要对论文选题的背景、目的意义、国内外研究现状和文章的思路、方法和内容等进行了简要的阐述。第二章进行了相关理论的回顾，例如质量成本、质量成本工作思路等。第三章详细阐述了GY住宅二期工程项目的基本概况、施工企业概况以及质量成本控制体系的建立等。第四章结合GY住宅二期工程项目成本控制状况，重点分析了项目质量成本源以及质量损失成本及质量成本控制措施。第五章，基于GY住宅二期工程项目质量成本控制措施的基础之上，探讨了质量成本控制的效果以及可以用于借鉴的关键做法，同时指出了质量成本控制工作中的问题以及相应的解决对策。第六章为结论部分，全面综述全文，并对我国建筑施工企业质量成本控制的发展趋势予以了一定的展望。
英文摘要：	Along with the further development of national economy, the construction industry also showed intense development trend, and intensify the construction market competition situation. Construction enterprises in order to gain a foothold in the market environment, need to continue to provide high-quality products, and drop low construction cost, especially to reduce the nonconforming costs caused by the phenomenon of loss, is quality cost. Combining with the GY residential project quality cost control instance, the system of the the project quality management and cost control problem, and based on the project management angle, this paper discusses the effective establishment of scientific and effective quality cost control system. This thesis altogether divides into six chapters. The first chapter is mainly about the background, purpose and significance, research status at home and abroad, and the ideas, methods and contents of the thesis are briefly described. In the second chapter, the review of the related theories, such as quality cost, quality cost management ideas. The third chapter are described in detail the basic situation of the second phase project of GY residential, construction enterprise profiles and quality cost control status. Chapter four combines GY residential second phase project cost control, focus on the analysis of the project quality cost source and quality loss cost. The fifth Chapter, on the basis of the GY residential second phase of the project cost control measures of quality based, discusses the quality cost control effect and can be used for reference of key practices, and points out the quality cost control work in the problems and the corresponding countermeasures. Chapter six is the conclusion part, a comprehensive overview of the full text and to the trend of the development of the quality cost control of construction enterprises of our country to be certain in the future.
