| 中文摘要： | 自2008年金融危机之后，国际经济格局发生转变，大宗产品价格波动剧烈；与此同时，自2012年，国内经济面临着巨大的下行压力，传统行业出现了产能过剩的矛盾。在这样的背景下，对中小化工企业而言，其经营环境中出现了各种不确定性因素。 LH公司是一家中小民营股份制企业，主营业务是化工产品的生产和销售。自2003年成立以来，LH公司的发展状况一直较为良好，但是在2011-2015年度，由于经营环境的变化和企业自身所存在的问题，使得企业在这段时间亏多盈少，且盈利指标波动性剧烈。该企业出现了严重的财务风险。 本文将立足于财务风险控制的角度，首先对该企业的经营状况做一个大概的叙述。然后，从筹资风险、投资风险、资金回收风险和收益分配风险四个角度对企业的财务风险进行识别和分析。最后，针对LH公司特点，笔者提出有针对性的财务风险防范和控制措施。本文的主干架构主要包括三部分：第一部分包含了论文的第一章和第二章，主要论述了研究背景、研究意义和理论综述；第二部分是本文的第三章内容，主要概述了企业的主营业务、治理结构和组织架构、重大财务活动和财务风险控制的现状，并提出企业财务风险的具体表现和财务风险控制的具体问题；第三部分主要包含本文的第四章和第五章，主要内容是基于第三章的分析，提出LH公司的财务风险控制的优化方案和最后结论。 | |
| 英文摘要： | Since the financial crisis in 2008, the international economic situation has changed and the prices of the bulk stock have fluctuated violently. At the same time, beginning from 2012, faced with the huge downward pressure domestically, the traditional businesses have had surplus capacity. Then many kinds of uncertain factors have emerged in the operating environment of the medium-and-small sized chemical enterprises in such circumstances. LH Company is a medium-and-small sized private joint-stock enterprise, whose major business is the production and the selling of the chemical products. Since its foundation in 2003, the developing condition has been good until 2011. From 2011-2015, due to the shifts of the operating environment and the problems inside, this enterprise lost more than the profits with the violent fluctuation of the profitable index, indicating the severe financial risks. Based on the point of the financial risk control, this study firstly tells about the rough operating conditions of LH Company. And then, recognizing and analyzing the financial risks of the enterprise from the 4 risks of the fund raising, investing, fund recovering and the distributing of the benefits. Finally, aiming at the characteristics of LH Company, the researcher came up with targeting measures on the preventing and the controlling of the financial risks. This main frame of this study consists of 3 parts: The first part includes Chapter 1 and 2 of the essay, focusing on the study background, the significance and the reviews of the theory. The second part is Chapter 3, mainly telling the major business, the structures of the managing and the organization and the financial conditions of the enterprise. And then it recognizes and analyzes the financial risks of the enterprise based on the frame of the 4 financial risks. The third part mostly contains Chapter 4 and 5, showing the measures on the financial risks control targeting at the LH Company and the final conclusion. | |
