中文摘要: | 本论文新能源应用的市场情况出发,分析了在全球的范围内形成了新能源发展的内 在动力和背景,结合中国的国家政策和产业发展方向,以及全球新能源汽车的发展情况, 对日本、韩国和中国各动力电池企业的发展情况进行了分析,数据显示新能源作为一个 新兴的市场应用领域,具有巨大的发展潜力,锂离子动力电池会成为未来整车和储能市 场的主流。 本论文通过对 L 公司的发展现状进行分析,该企业自成立以来,在规模、市场、客 户、成本、技术等方面都取得了长足的进步。但是随着近年来消费电子市场竞争加剧, 企业的经营遇到了发展的瓶颈。由于 L 公司在十几年发展过程中,积累了锂离子电池的 开发和产业化技术和经验,而动力电池又是未来市场的发展方向,因此如何利用已有的 资源,进行重新的思考和配置,尽快形成企业的核心能力,以迎接即将到来的市场和机 会,就成了企业要进行深入研究的关键课题。 通过深入探讨了 L 公司如何在创新能力、市场营销能力、战略管理能力、组织管理 能力、生产运营能力、企业文化与人力资源能力等核心能力方面,系统的进行了分析和 研究,L 公司制定了适合于企业现状的各种措施,以提高自身的效率和效益,建立健全 人员的激励考核机制。针对新能源市场进行布局,进行新的商业模式的尝试。进行集团 化,进行生产运营和供应链的整合。通过集团化来划小核算单位,建立成本和盈利中心。 本论文试图通过对L公司案例的研究,为同类或其它产业领域的企业和管理人员提 供参考和借鉴。 | |
英文摘要: | This paper starts from analyzing new energy application driven factors and market background globally, combining with China government regulation and industrial direction and worldwide electro-mobility development status. According to market information from Japan, Korea and China power battery companies, it indicates that new energy solution will be a new growing application with great market potential. And, Lithium ion power batteries will dominate electro-mobility and energy storage market. This paper analyzes L company’s growth history with successful progresses on production capacity, market volume, customer base, cost control and technology development. While, along with the hard competitions in consumer electronics devices, the company constrains by a roadblock in actual operation. Since L company gains a lot of knowhow through its research and large volume production for more than ten years, and the power battery application is the future market direction, it is doing construction on its core capabilities by re-configuration of existing resources, in order to meet the challenges and opportunities. It is the key task for L company’s following successful. In this paper, we are going to research and discuss on how the company can take this chance to establish its own core capability and get an advance position in future competitions. The discussion will lead by Michael Porter's Five Forces Model theory and combine Chinese documents research results. And the solution will be focusing on innovation, sales and marketing, strategic management, organization, operation and human resources, which can build up the core capability for L company. This paper is trying to deliver a valuable reference and advice to whom may concern from the industry. | |
