| 中文摘要: | 节能和环保是当今世界汽车产业发展的主题,而汽车产业作为全球碳排放的第二大产业,需要进行革命性的变革,以适应世界低碳经济的发展需要。同时,汽车工业是国民经济的支柱性产业,影响到国民经济的命脉,由此政府高度重视汽车工业的转型。国家在政策、税收等方面,大力扶持新能源汽车产业的发展,特别是电动汽车业务,以减少环境污染和能源消耗。新能源汽车产业是全球汽车产业发展的大势所趋,汽车生产制造企业需要抓住机遇进行改革。本文以我国新能源汽车龙头企业——比亚迪股份有限公司(以下简称:比亚迪)为研究案例,展开对新能源汽车事业发展战略实施路径的探讨。本文主要分为六个部分:绪论部分,主要阐述了本文的选题背景和研究意义,然后对国内外有关新能源汽车发展的研究现状进行综述,在此基础上,对本文的研究思路、研究方法和框架结构进行设计;第二章是理论综述,主要分析了战略管理及实施的相关理论;第三章针对比亚迪新能源汽车事业进行战略环境分析,分为两个方面,分别是外部环境分析,具体分析了美国、欧洲、日本和我国的发展状况,然后进行内部环境分析,对比亚迪企业发展状况、战略规划及新能源汽车的案例背景进行了分析;第四章是对比亚迪新能源汽车事业制定战略发展规划,在对比亚迪新能源汽车事业的竞争力及SWOT分析的基础上,制定比亚迪的战略目标,并对比亚迪未来五年和十年的战略目标进行经济效益预测;第五章是比亚迪新能源汽车战略实施瓶颈及措施保障,从产业政策、战略布局、技术开发、成本控制、市场推广等方面分析了存战略实施的瓶颈所在,从政府公共关系、产业竞合、技术成本控制、营销推广等方面制定了战略实施的措施保障;结论部分,对全文进行总结,并提出了今后研究的方向和相关建议。希望通过本文的研究,能对比亚迪新能源汽车事业的战略发展提供有力支持,同时对我国新能源汽车产业发展提供更丰富的案例参考和经验借鉴。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Energy saving and environmental protection is the theme of the development of the automotive industry in the world, and the automobile industry as the second largest industry in the world, the need for a revolutionary change to meet the needs of the development of the world's low carbon economy. At the same time, the auto industry is a pillar industry of the national economy, affecting the lifeline of the national economy, which the government attaches great importance to the transformation of the automotive industry. National policy, tax, and other aspects, to support the development of new energy automotive industry, especially the electric car business, in order to reduce environmental pollution and energy consumption. New energy automotive industry is the trend of development of the global automotive industry, automobile manufacturing enterprises need to seize the opportunity to reform. In this thesis, the leading enterprises of China's new energy vehicles - Byd Company Limited (hereinafter referred to as: BYD) as the case study, the development of new energy automotive industry development strategy of the implementation of the path. This thesis is divided into six parts: the introduction part, mainly expounds the background and significance of this thesis, then the research status quo of the development of new energy vehicles at home and abroad are reviewed. On this basis, the design ideas of this research, research methods and framework; the second chapter is the overview of the theory, mainly analyzes the the theories of strategic management and implementation; the third chapter analysis of the strategic environment for BYD new energy automobile business, divided into two aspects, respectively is the external environment analysis, detailed analysis of the United States, Europe, Japan and the development situation of our country, then analyses the internal environment, the development of enterprises, strategic planning and new BYD energy vehicle case background is analyzed; the fourth chapter is to make a strategic plan for BYD new energy automobile business, in contrast to Asia Di new energy automotive business competitiveness and SWOT analysis based on the formulated BYD's strategic objectives, and predict the economic benefits of BYD in the future five years and ten years of strategic objectives; the fifth chapter is BYD new energy vehicle strategy implementation bottleneck and measures, from the aspects of industrial policy, strategic layout, technology development, product cost, marketing and other analysis of the storage strategy for the implementation of the bottleneck, from the aspect of government public relations, Industry Co opetition, cost control technology, marketing and other formulated the strategy for the implementation of measures to protect; the conclusion, the full text were summarized, and put forward the suggestions and the direction of future research. Hope that through this study, can provide a strong support for the strategic development of new energy automotive industry, while the development of China's new energy automotive industry to provide a more extensive case reference and experience for reference. | |
