中文摘要:随着全球能源危机及节能环保意识的加强,LED上下游产业都获得空前的发展。LED照明等下游产业涵盖的领域在不断扩大,大尺寸LED液晶面板也逐步得到较好的推广应用,促进了LED上游技术研发产业平台的不断进步。在LED产业面临良好发展前景的情况下,市场竞争呈现出日益激烈化的态势。各大LED生产企业为了抢夺客户资源、追求高额利润,更好地应对市场竞争的需求,持续进行技术研发和创新,以便保持产品的推陈出新,保持企业的稳步发展。 技术研发创新给LED生产企业带来了丰厚的经济效益的同时,由于技术研发存在领先的时效性、与市场需求的吻合性等不确定性因素,导致LED技术研发本身存在较大的风险性。以LED封装为例,受到项目本身及外部环境因素的影响,项目管理人员难以保证项目研发如期、保质完成。同时,LED封装项目技术研发项目投资巨大。由此,了解LED封装项目开发项目技术风险发生的概率和影响,借助成熟的项目风险管理理论,对于如何防范LED封装项目开发的潜在风险,探讨有效的LED封装项目开发项目的风险管理防范措施十分重要。 本文以TCL集团HR公司LED封装项目为对象展开研究。首先,对项目管理和风险管理理论进行综述;然后,对TCL集团HR公司LED封装项目概况和实施阶段进行简要介绍,对TCL集团HR公司LED封装项目的独特性进行说明;在此基础上,借助文献分析法和情境分析法、SWOT分析法,对该项目风险进行定性分析,给出了项目风险清单;然后,按照项目立项、实施、试生产和验收投产四个阶段,对项目风险进行分类,综合应用德尔菲法和损失期望值法对不同阶段的风险进行评价,并给出管理的先后顺序;最后,结合TCL集团HR公司LED封装项目的实际情况,制定应对不同风险的具体措施,以便达到降低风险发生概率和损失额的目的,最终确保TCL集团HR公司LED封装项目达到预定目标。 本文的研究成果,对TCL集团HR公司LED封装项目的顺利执行提供了保障,有利于提升TCL集团HR公司的竞争优势,取得更大的经济效益和更快地发展。  
英文摘要:With the continuous development of LED technology and the application of the lower reaches, especially the rapid development of LED backlight source in the large size LCD panel and LED lighting market, the rapid development of the global LED industry has gained rapid development. The world is facing energy shortage and to promote energy conservation and environmental protection, this situation is undoubtedly also for the development of LED to provide a greater development platform. At present, LED products market continues to introduce new, different LED manufacturers continue to strengthen the scientific research strength, to ensure to the fastest speed of the launch of the new LED products, leading the market demand, to seize market share, makes the enterprise to steady development. The technology innovation of LED products has brought the benefit to the enterprise. However, the strategic lead and fierce competition of enterprise technology innovation, as well as the uncertainty and dynamic of the development process, determine the high risk of LED product innovation. LED new product development project itself has a strong uncertainty, the implementation process of LED product development projects there is a complex risk factors. Under the influence of many unforeseen risk factors, LED new product development project management is often difficult to estimate and control the project's progress, cost and other project objectives, while the LED new product development process is a direct impact on the enterprise to seize the opportunity and possibility of market. At the same time, LED new product technology R & D project investment is huge. Therefore, it is very important to understand the probability and impact of LED new product development project risk management theory, with the help of mature project risk management theory, to prevent the potential risks of LED new product development, and to explore the effective risk management of new product development projects LED. This paper first makes a systematic research on the theory of risk management theory and project management; then the general situation and the implementation stage TCL group company HR LED packaging project are briefly introduced, then the TCL group HR company LED packaging project unique are described, on the basis of the application of literature analysis and scenario analysis method, SWOT method of the project risk analysis, gives a list of project risk; then according to the project, implementation, trial production and acceptance of production in four stages, the classification of project risk, using the method of comprehensive application of Germany and loss expectation of the evaluation of the risk in different phases of law, given the order the management of specific measures; finally according to the actual situation of TCL group HR company LED project package developed to deal with different risks, so as to reduce the probability of risk occurrence and loss of the objective, and to ensure that the TCL group HR company LED packaging project to achieve the target. The research results of this paper provide a guarantee for the smooth implementation of the LED HR TCL company, which will help to improve the competitive advantage of HR group TCL, and achieve greater economic benefits and faster development.
