| 中文摘要: | 当今世界,伴随互联网技术的发展和应用推广,全球的数据正以前所未有的速度、类型以及体量进行着爆炸性的增长,一个大规模产生、分享和应用数据的时代正在来临。基于互联网的大数据与云计算 、互联网、智能终端等同样都是新一代信息技术的重要标志,深刻影响了经济、社会、教育、医疗和行政管理等多个领域,极大促进了产业发展转型、管理方式变革和社会效率提升,大数据已经成为新时代最具价值的宝藏之一。对海量数据的管理和应用将开启一个重大的时代转型,将推动传统商业模式、管理模式和思维模式的变革。 作为大数据法则为经营基础的高度数据依赖型产业,保险业具有大数据的天然属性且数据是行业经营管理的基础。大数据不仅会改变保险业自身经营所依赖的技术基础,也将会改变保险业的商业模式、组织结构、竞争格局。大数据将对财产保险行业传统的经营管理模式具体带来哪些影响,行业需要如何应对以适应新的技术革命浪潮。本研究从笔者熟悉的A财产保险公司视角,梳理和分析大数据时代可能会给财产保险企业经营管理模式带来哪些冲击和变革。本研究的目的是通过对大数据环境下的系统认识,使A财产保险公司充分认识面临的机遇与挑战,开展商业模式和管理模式的创新,在新的业务模式和运营模式变革过程中占领先机。 本研究的主要创新为:从保险视角对大数据时代主要特点和核心观点进行了系统梳理;指出财产保险企业战略管理思维的缺陷,是当前许多问题产生的深层次根源;大数据时代会对A财产保险公司的客户管理、营销、产品开发、精算、运营等方面带来变革;A财产保险公司重视外部数据获取的同时,必须高度重视企业内部核心数据的标准化、整合和分析;数据应用和治理能力日益成为现代保险服务业的重要标志;保险大数据时代,数据的开放、互联互通、交互共享日益成为多方共识。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Nowadays, with the development and widespread application of internet technology, the global data is undergoing an exploding growth at the unprecedented velocity, variety and volume; an era of massive data producing, sharing and adopting is forthcoming. Similarly to cloud calculation, internet network and smart terminals, the internet network based Big Data is also an prominent example of new generation information technology and has profound influence in the area of economy, society, education, medicals and administration, which enhances the industrial transformation and development, the mode of management reform and the improvement of social efficiency; Big Data has been one of the most precious treasure in the new era. The management and adoption of massive data will initialize an integral transformation of the era, which will foster traditional business model reform, management model and the mode of critical thinking. Insurance industry, as the industry that operates on the basis of Big Data Principle, is highly reliant on data collection and hence has inherent necessity of adopting Big Data. Not only will Big Data change the foundation of technology on which the insurance industry relies, it will also change the industry’s business model, organization structure and competition. What specific impacts the big data may bring to the traditional operation and management model of property and casualty insurance company, and how would the insurance industry survive at the cutting edge of technology revolution? The research is based on the standpoint of A property and casualty insurance company with which the author is familiar, generalizing and analyzing what impacts and reforms the era of Big Data may bring. The goal of the paper, through learning process about the system in Big Data environment, is to enable A property and casualty insurance company fully prepare for the facing challenges and opportunities, commencing the innovative business and management model to stay ahead of competitors during the process of reforming new marketing model and operational model. The creative features of the research:From insurance perspective, it systematically generalizes the major features and core issues in the era of Big Data; It points out that the flaw of critical thinking in corporate strategic management is the in-depth cause of many problems; The era of big data may trigger the reform in the area of customer management, marketing, products design, actuarial and operation of A property and casualty insurance company; As well as placing great emphasis on the acquisition of external data, A property and casualty insurance company must also highly emphasize on the company’s internal core data standardization, generalization and analysis; The capability of adopting and managing data is an increasingly important indicator of service in modern insurance industry; The free flow, mutual communication and exchange of data is becoming the consensus among multiple parties in the era of Big Data. | |
