中文摘要：	高尔夫运动在现代社会中，是时尚、阳光、快乐、文化、竞技、社交的运动。随着高尔夫运动在国内的发展推广，高尔夫文化精神已经成为提升个人修养、实现个人价值的一种社会现象。在高尔夫运动项目中，蕴藏的丰富的文化精髓——自省、自律、自胜、利他，给我们带来很好的人生哲理启发。在企事业、政府机构的管理中，越来越需要发挥管理者的非权力影响力，这与管理者的个人修养有着重要的联系。伴随市场经济体制改革的深入和知识经济时代的到来，管理者的个人修养出现出若干问题。为此，本文借助高尔夫文化现象，对管理者当前在个人修养方面的缺陷进行分析，并制定修养提升的救治策略。本文在研究的过程中，主要借助了文献阅读法、案例分析法等方法。在对高尔夫文化内涵及管理者修养相关研究进行理论综述的基础上，本文探讨了高尔夫文化内涵对管理者个人修养提升的价值关联，由表及里、由浅入深，由高尔夫文化精髓到管理者个人修养，将其关系进行了辩证分析。通过对高尔夫文化精髓中的“君子”行为观辨析，揭示了高尔夫文化精髓与我国传统文化对个人修身养性的四个契合点，分别是：自省——修身养性、自知者明；自律——君子慎独、自我约束；自胜——挑战自我、自胜者强；利他——为而不争、以人为本。然后，本文分析了当前管理者在个人修养方面存在的主要缺陷，并对具体案例进行了深入剖析。在此基础上，本文相应地从四个方面提出高尔夫文化精髓对提升管理者个人修养的救治策略，主要包括：认知规划方面——目标明确、引领方向、反求诸己、树立标杆；立场态度方面——求真务实、诚信慎独、脚踏实地、客观严谨；精神追求方面——持之以恒、顽强不息、勇于创新、学无止境；关系处理方面——以人为本、以诚待人、求同存异、和谐共生。通过本文的研究，将高尔夫文化立体化，对现实社会中关于高尔夫意识形态的一些错误观点进行了纠正，探索出正确领悟、吸纳高尔夫文化精髓有利于管理者个人修养提升的结论成果，具有深刻的社会导向意义和现实指导价值。
英文摘要：	Golf in modern society, is fashion, sunshine, happiness, culture, competitive, social movement. With the development of golf in the country to promote the cultural spirit of golf has become a social phenomenon to enhance personal accomplishment, the realization of personal value. In the golf sport, the rich cultural essence of the hidden - self awakening, self-discipline, self - win, altruism, to bring us a good philosophy of life inspired. In enterprises, the management of government agencies, more and more needs to play a manager's non power influence, which has an important relationship with the manager's personal accomplishment. With the deepening of market economic system reform and the arrival of the era of knowledge economy, there are some problems in the manager's personal accomplishment. To this end, this article with the help of golf culture phenomenon, the manager of the current shortcomings in personal training to analyze, and develop training to improve the treatment strategy. In the course of the study, we mainly use the method of literature reading, case analysis and so on. On the overview of the basic theory of golf culture connotation and manager training related research, this paper discusses the golf culture connotation on value relevance of managers to enhance personal accomplishment, from the outside to the inside, from the shallow to the deep, by the golf culture essence to manager in personal accomplishment, the relationship of dialectical analysis. Through analysis on the essence of golf culture in "gentleman" behavior view, reveals the essence of golf culture and Chinese traditional culture of individual self-cultivation four meeting point, respectively is: Introspection -- self-cultivation, self-knowledge, self -- gentleman Shendu, self-restraint; win from -- self challenge, since the winner strong; altruistic and indisputable, people-oriented. Then, this paper analyzes the current manager in the personal accomplishment of the main defects, and in-depth analysis of the specific case. On the basis of, this paper accordingly from four aspects proposed golf culture essence to improve therapeutic strategies for the cultivation of individual managers, including cognitive planning aspects -- a clear goal, lead the way, introspection, establish a benchmark; attitude -- truth provided, honesty and self-discipline, down-to-earth, objective and rigorous; spiritual pursuit, perseverance, tenacious, innovation and life-long learning; relationship, people-oriented, treat people with sincerity, seeking common ground while reserving differences, harmonious coexistence. Through the study of this paper, three-dimensional golf culture, correct on the social reality in a golf ideology some wrong ideas, explore correct understand and absorb golf culture essence for managers to enhance personal accomplishment of the conclusions, it has profound social guiding significance and practical guiding value.
