中文摘要：	当前，全球经济一体化程度进一步加深，各国之间的经济来往进一步紧密，国际期货及衍生品市场的价格联动效应日趋显现，这都要求各国政府以更加开放的姿态审视当前国际经济、金融及期货衍生品市场不断融合发展。在中国金融市场中，银行、证券、保险的国际化进程都已经远远走在期货的前面。因此，经济发展的现状和我国金融市场的国际化进程将推动我国期货市场的国际化发展。但我国期货业的发展有其显著特征，这决定了我们不可能完全照搬、照抄国际模式，而是要立足于国情，因时、因地制宜。 与此同时，我国大宗商品在国际市场上的定价权问题已上升为国家战略。现代国际竞争也是金融实力和话语权的竞争，科学运用、掌握价格风险管理工具成为现代经济的核心竞争力要素。未来，随着国债期货、利率期货、外汇期货以及相关期权品种的推出，我国金融期货市场将获得更大的发展。逐步开发相关期货品种，增强我国大宗商品的定价话语权，不但有利于满足我国企业的风险管理需求，更是维护国家经济利益、促进经济发展的战略需要。经济全球化的大趋势和中国金融市场的国际化将促进中国期货市场的国际化进程。 根据这一思路，通过分析和探索国际期货公司的发展经验，从而参考国际期货公司的先进模式来研究中国期货公司龙头企业-中信期货公司国际化发展规划与方案设计。经过市场发展，参与国际期货市场逐渐成为国内企业和个人参与国际竞争的迫切需求，从而进一步说明中信期货公司国际化从无到有的发展过程，以及分析中信期货公司在哪些方面受到了境外期货公司发展的影响。
英文摘要：	At present, the world economy globalization and t integration further enhance, also, the connection between national economies more and more close, Price linkage effects of international futures and derivatives markets increasingly apparent, this requires governments to take a more open attitude to examine the current international economic, financial and futures, derivatives markets to continuous integration of the reality. Chinese financial markets, banks, securities, insurance internationalization process has been far ahead of futures markets. Meanwhile, China's commodity pricing power in the international market has risen to national strategies. Modern international competition is the financial strength and the voice of competition, scientific use of futures, grasps the price risk management tools become the core competitiveness elements of a modern economy. In the future, financial futures market in China will get a bigger development with bond futures, interest rate futures, currency futures and options to breed. The gradual development of the relevant futures varieties, enhance China commodity pricing power, not only conducive to meet the demand of enterprise risk management, but also to maintain national economic interests, promote the economic development of the strategic needs. The trend of economic globalization and the internationalization of China's financial markets will promote the process of internationalization of China's futures market. Thus, the reality of economic development and the process of internationalization of China's financial market will promote the international development of China's futures market. But the development of our country’s futures industry is obviously different from theirs, so we should not copy their experience completely. According to this idea, we analyze and study the positioning and development process of foreign Futures Company, so as to absorb the outstanding experience of overseas Futures Company to help the leading enterprise of China's Futures Company - CITIC futures international. And through the interpretation of international futures market has become the urgent needs of Chinese domestic enterprises and individuals to participate in international competition, to further illustrate the process of international development of CITIC Futures international business from scratch, also, from the analysis of the overseas futures companies to find out implications for future development of internationalization of CITIC Futures.
