中文摘要：	随着国内经济的发展，国家对医疗卫生和大众的健康投入越来越多，特别是最近五年，公立医院得到了国家持续的基建和设备投入，同时民营医院的数量也得到了爆发式的增长，医院也进行了大量尖端医疗设备的引入。医院设备数量和种类的繁多，面临医院设备的管理和医院自身维修服务人员短缺的困境，有些经济效益好的大型医院现在设备生产厂家维修和保养，经济条件差的就带病工作到完全故障时才开始维修。高端医疗设备的售后维修所产生的费用，已然成为医院一个巨大的经济包袱，间接加深了医疗昂贵的问题；而中小型医院的带病设备会生产误诊，给病人和社会带来不可挽回的损失。设备的维护、保养和质量管理等相关问题逐渐成为医院管理者和相关行业工作人员思考和急需解决的问题。 最近两年，随着一些药品物流公司和设备销售公司转型，大量资本进入医院设备的维修服务这个领域，一种全新的商业模式即医院设备整体维修服务托管开始产生。现在的市场上，药品物流商、设备经销商或代理商、原来的设备维修服务商等都在开始改变，谋求自身商业模式的转型。 基于以上背景，本文以Osterwalder的商业模式分析框架为依据，从九个方面对医院设备整体维修服务托管这种商业模式进行分析；通过细致的分析每一个环节，在验证医院设备整体维修服务托管这种模式的可行性和科学性。 最后针对北京珍景佗医疗器械有限公司的经营现状，结合内外部环境做针对性的SWOT分析，找出最适合自己发展的商业模式和发展战略。
英文摘要：	With the development of the domestic economy, the country invested more and more health care and public health, especially in the last five years, public hospital has been national sustainable infrastructure and equipment investment, meanwhile the number of private hospitals has also been explosive growth, the hospital was also the introduction of a large amount of sophisticated medical equipment. The number and variety of hospital equipment are face to hospital equipment management and its maintenance service personnel shortage dilemma, some good economic returns of large hospitals are equipped with manufacturer for repair and maintenance, poor economic conditions will work to complete failure before maintenance. High-end medical equipment of maintenance cost has already become a huge economic burden for hospitals, indirectly enhance the expensive health problems; but small and medium-sized hospital equipment of faults will produce misdiagnosis, to bring irreparable loss for patients and society . The related problems of equipment maintenance, maintenance and quality management has gradually become the problem which need to be thought and solved for hospital managers and staff on related industries. In recent years, with the transformation of some drug logistics company and equipment sales company, a large number of capital enter into the field of hospital equipment maintenance services, a new business model that hospital equipment overall maintenance hosting services are beginning to have an effect. Now on the market, pharmaceutical logistics providers, equipment dealers or agents, the original equipment maintenance service providers are beginning to change, to seek the transformation of their business model. Based on the above background, this thesis is as the basis by Osterwalder's business model analysis framework, this business model are analyzed from nine aspects of hospital equipment of maintenance services managed ; Through careful analysis of each link, the feasibility and scientific nature of this model is verified in the verification of the overall maintenance service of the hospital equipment.. Finally according to the operating status of the Beijing Jingzhen Tuo Medical Devices Co., Ltd., combining internal with external environment on the SWOT analysis finds out the most suitable for developing their own business model and development strategy.
