中文摘要：	摘 要 厂内布局的模块化是指将工厂各功能要素分成互相独立的模块，不同模块之间通过严谨且完整定义的介面互相沟通结合，因此可以使用有限的模块，通过不同的组合快速建设不同的工厂。正因为如此，模块化一直被认为是使厂商能够以节省大量建设时间、降低生产运营成本。本文在对厂内布局模块化和标准化管理等理论的回顾、总结分析国内外对厂内布局模块化和标准化管理理论及实践应用状况的基础上，分析华润新建饮料工厂模块化和标准化管理的必要性和可行性，并找出该公司目前存在的问题，随后分析华润新建饮料工厂厂内布局模块化和标准化管理的改造方案，最后针对华润新建饮料工厂厂内布局模块化和标准化管理的策略和保障体系进行分析，并对华润新建饮料工厂厂内布局模块化和标准化管理进行评价。本研究对于华润新建饮料工厂更好的开展厂内布局模块化和标准化管理具有一定启发意义，对于后续研究者也有一定参考价值。本研究就论文总体来说主要完成了以下工作：(1)对厂内布局模块化和标准化管理理论进行了全面的分析研究，深入分析华润新建饮料工厂厂内布局模块化和标准化管理中存在的问题，提出了华润新建饮料工厂厂内布局模块化和标准化管理的必要性和可行性。(2)对华润新建饮料工厂厂内布局模块化和标准化管理的选择、管理系统的改造和生产计划系统的改造进行论述和分析。(3)通过建立华润新建饮料工厂厂内布局模块化和标准化管理体系等措施来实现华润新建饮料工厂厂内布局模块化和标准化管理的改造；对华润新建饮料工厂厂内布局模块化和标准化管理过程中的质量控制与缺陷预防，对推行华润新建饮料工厂厂内布局模块化和标准化管理可能存在的问题和对应措施进行分析研究。(4)对华润新建饮料厂内布局模块化和标准化管理工厂的效果进行评价及分析。
英文摘要：	Abstract Modular refers to the functions of the parts of the products can be divided into separate modules, different through rigorous and complete definition of interfaces between modules communicate with each other, so the manufacturer can use limited module, through the combination of different produces many different final products. Because of this, modular has always been considered enable manufacturers to close to the mass production time or cost to produce customized products, that is, a large number of customized one of the key strategies. In this paper, a review of the theory of modularization and standardization management, summarizes the analysis and the theory of modularization and standardization management at home and abroad, on the basis of practical application conditions, analysis of China resources group new beverage factory the necessity and feasibility of modularization and standardization management, and find out the problems existing in the company, then analysis China resources group new beverage factory with the retrofit scheme of modularization and standardization management, the final against China resources group new beverage factory of modularization and standardization management strategy and security system was analyzed, and the China resources group to evaluate new beverage factory modularization and standardization management. This study for China resources group new beverage factory better modularization and standardization management has certain enlightening significance, also have certain reference value for further research.
