中文摘要:现阶段,国际能源供应市场的不断紧张,原油资源的不断开采和它的不可再生,同时常规能源的大量使用使全球环境污染日益严重,由此人们对环境保护的呼声日渐升高,越来越多的国家和地区开始了以新能源为理念的交通工具的研发,尤其是公共交通工具更是重中之重。 在我国,关于新能源巴士的项目实施得到社会各界认可与重视。中国已经成为世界第二大经济体,能源的需求和消耗已经上升为国家战略问题,城市建设的完善使得人们对汽车的需求不断上涨,对石油的需求也是如此,目前我国石油的对外依赖度随着国内的发展不断增加,除此之外工业化的发展也造成了环境污染的加深,正是这样一个背景下,我国开展新能源巴士项目实施的研究就具有重大的现实意义,同时也面临着较大的战略机遇。 新能源巴士项目的发展促使城市公共交通建设不断进步,降低了城市汽车出行的压力,不需要常规能源,降低石油的对外依赖性,同时极大地降低了环境污染程度,推动城市可持续发展,不仅如此,新能源巴士项目的发展还实现了我国新能源技术跨越式的发展,为我国新能源建设与发展贡献重要力量。然而,我国新能源巴士项目实施还存在一定的技术突破与挑战,并且在风险与监督方面、项目政策的应用方面、基础设施建设方面、商业模式发展方面等需要进一步加强。 因此,本文通过AFG公司新能源巴士项目方案及其风险管理研究,结合其发展优劣势以及新能源巴士项目的独特性分析,分析其项目实施战略以及风险控制,制定合理的项目实施应对策略,为我国新能源公共交通产业发展贡献一份力量。 本文围绕新能源巴士项目实施及其风险管理研究这一课题展开,以技术创新理论、产业生命周期理论以及新兴技术生命周期理论、可持续发展理论作为理论基础,综合运用规范研究和实证研究、定性和定量分析研究作为研究方法。根据AFG公司的新能源巴士项目实施现状与独特性的研究,结合AFG公司新能源巴士项目实施项目实施方案,重点进行了新能源巴士项目实施方案的分析,综合性地评价了新能源巴士项目的风险分析,最后提出了项目的风险应对措施和风险监控,从内部和外部两个方面阐述风险应对措施,以期对AFG公司的新能源巴士项目实施有所裨益,并且能够为以后的我国新能源巴士项目战略研究提供良好的借鉴。  
英文摘要:Due to the rising demand of environment protection from the general public, there are progressively more countries and regions joining in alternative energy fuel based vehicle development, especially the public transport sector. In China, the alternative energy bus project has granted significant recognition and attention. China has already become the second largest economy, hence energy supply and consumption have become a national strategy problem. The completion of city construction has enlarged the need of vehicles, so does the demand of fossil fuel. At present, China’s fossil fuel supply extensively relies on imports, and the quantities keep increasing due to the rapid growth of domestic infrastructures. Furthermore, the expansion of industrialization has also impacted on the environment pollution. In this tough environmental situation, the research of alternative energy bus has a major and immediate significance, and it is also faced with strategic opportunities. The progression of alternative energy bus research can drive the continuous improvement and construction of urban public transportation, and reduce the pressure of city motorized vehicles travel. Alternative energy buses do not require fossil fuels, which reduces the level of dependency of fuel imports and significantly reduces the environmental pollution. It also pushes the city to achieve sustainable development strategy. In addition, alternative bus projects can lead substantial improvement of alternative energy technology and contribute to the construction and development of China’s alternative energy industry. However, there are still certain technology barriers and challenges to the project, especially in areas of risk management and control, application of project strategies, infrastructure construction and commercial model development. Therefore, this thesis is to research alternative energy bus project development strategies by using AFG Corporation’s case. This study will further analyze the project development and risk management strategies by integrating the strength and weakness of the alternative energy bus, then establish appropriate response strategy of project development, which can significantly contribute to the development of China’s public transportation industry. This thesis focuses on the new energy bus project development of this topic, and the theory of technological innovation, industry life cycle theory and the new technology life cycle theory, sustainable development theory as the theoretical basis, the integrated use of normative research and empirical research, qualitative and quantitative research as the research method. According to the research of new energy bus project development status of AFG company with the unique combination of AI, fogg company new energy bus project development strategy, analyzes the development plan of new energy bus project, a comprehensive evaluation of the risk analysis of new energy bus project, finally put forward the measures of the risk response and risk control of risk response measures from two aspects the internal and external, in order to benefit the AFG company's new energy bus project development, and for the future of China's new energy bus Project strategy research provides a good reference.
