| 英文摘要: | System integration in our country after more than 20 years of development, has formed a larger industry, the industry's many enterprises, competition, homogenization of competition, low-cost competition has become a common phenomenon. If the enterprises want to get the advantage in the competition, you need to make a breakthrough in the technology and management aspects. System integration enterprise's main business is the delivery of the project. Therefore, A system integration enterprise is committed to the improvement of project management, such as reducing project cost, to ensure the quality of project and to achieve customer satisfaction etc., it is bound to win customers and win the market. In this paper, through analysis of system integration industry, system integration project characteristics, system integration enterprise characteristics, and from the angle of enterprise system integration project management organization model of combined with project management theory and author in system integration enterprises over the years project management experience, serve in the enterprise to network company as an example, mode of organization of enterprise system integration project management were studied. Diverse forms of system integration project, the implementation of the project, equipment installation, software development, technical services, such as different types of projects that require different types of projects the time from half a day to a few years, from one to dozens of people. Systems integration companies are bound to face all kinds of complex situations, such as a project contains various types of project work, a project team also involved in a number of systems integration projects, etc. In the case of the multi form and multi project, how to ensure that the project is carried out according to plan, ensure the implementation of the system in place to protect the related elements of project management is still in place, which involves multiple areas of project management research. From the aspect of project management organization mode, this paper puts forward a kind of project management organization mode of system integration enterprise. To the relevant functional departments do the new function definition; increases the adaptation software development project departments; mechanism of task management system integrated multi project management to do the research, put forward related duties as assigned role definition, the work flow and so on. In project management, organizational performance appraisal system analysis and research, put forward based on the budget of project evaluation and incentive system. After the enterprise actual operation shows that the proposed project management model, to a certain extent, adapt to the demand of project management in the current system integration enterprise, effectively solve the system implementation problems, demand management, performance appraisal, for an enterprise in a certain range of improving customer satisfaction and employee stability problems. | |
