中文摘要：	伴随着电子商务的崛起，物流企业发展迅猛，物流业和金融业的协同问题也引发更多关注。对物流企业而言，高效、快捷的支付系统是提升服务质量、建立竞争优势的关键之一，而支付系统是金融领域重要的组成部分，是现代社会不可或缺的金融安排。随着互联网、移动互联网的发展，支付方式、支付工具不断演变，物流企业已经出现多种现代化的支付方式，但仍然存在很多问题亟需解决，否则会影响物流企业健康、持续地发展。在学术研究方面，目前物流业爆炸式的成长带动了物流理论研究的热潮。以往的学者虽然对物流金融有所研究，但是针对支付系统在物流企业中优化和创新的研究乏善可陈，亟待学者填补这一空白。本文主要研究了物流企业中存在的支付问题，相应地设计了解决方案，并以京东物流为案例分析和验证了解决方案的有效性。本文首先对物流和支付的核心概念进行了界定，对国内外的相关研究成果进行了梳理，并提出了本文研究的理论基础。接着，对物流企业现有的支付方式进行了总结，比较了它们的优劣势，并指出它们存在的问题，主要包括方便快捷的问题、物流成本的问题、支付安全的问题、信用支付的问题、资金回收的问题和资金风险的问题。然后，针对这些问题，分别提出了无卡支付促进方便快捷、改造支付终端降低物流成本、运用云计算为支付安全保驾护航、运用大数据开发互联网信用支付产品、引入第三方平台解决资金回收问题、建立风险预警和管理体系降低资金风险等方案。最后，总结了本文的研究成果，指出研究不足并对未来研究进行了展望。本文的创新主要在于提出了物流企业支付系统存在的问题，并针对问题创造性地提出了解决方案，而且在解决方案中尤其关注了大数据、云计算等先进方法的使用，注重了方法的科学性与前沿性。本文的研究成果既丰富了物流、金融支付、物流和金融的协同发展等方面的理论，也开拓了大数据、云计算在物流企业的应用前景，同时为物流企业解决现实的支付问题提供了有价值的思路、方法和方案。
英文摘要：	With the rise of e-commerce, the logistics enterprises has been developed rapidly. The combine of logistics industry and financial industry synergy has created more concern. For logistics industry, the key of improving service and training competitive advantages is to have an efficient, fast payment system ,and payment system is an important part of financial sector, as indispensable financial arrangements to modern society. With the development of the Internet and mobile Internet, payment method and payment tools evolve. The logistics enterprises have many types of modern payment methods, but there is still a lot of problems to be solved, otherwise affect the healthy and sustained development of the logistics enterprises. In terms of academic research, the logistics enterprise's explosive growth has led the wave of logistics theory research. Although scholars in the past study on logistics finance, it is empty to study optimization and innovation in the payments system in the logistics enterprises. It needs scholar urgently to fill this gap. This paper studies the pay problems of logistics enterprises, and designs the solution accordingly. It puts Jingdong logistics as a case study to verify the effectiveness of solutions. First, this paper defines the core concepts of logistics and payment, summarizes relevant research results at home and abroad, and put forward the theoretical basis of this paper. Second, the paper summarizes the existing payment methods on the logistics enterprises, compare their advantages and disadvantages, and points out the existing problems, including quick and easy questions, logistics costs, payment security issues, credit problems, recovery of funds and risk problems of money. Third, in view of these problems, this paper proposes the solutions respectively: a nil payment to promote convenience, transforming payment terminals to reduce logistics costs, using cloud computing to enhance security, using big data to develop Internet credit payment products, the introduction of third party to recover funds, and establishment of risk warning and management system to reduce financial risk. Finally, this paper summarizes the results of this study, notes the insufficient research and prospects for future research. Innovation of this paper is to propose the problems in payment system of logistics enterprises, and solutions are proposed to solve problems creatively. Particularly, big data and cloud methods are used in solutions, to improve the methods of science and leading edge. This research not only enriches the theories of the logistics, finance and logistics finance, but also opens up the applications of data and cloud computing in the logistics enterprises, and provides valuable ideas ,methods and programs to solve real payment issues of logistics enterprises.
