中文摘要：	21世纪以来，国内建筑行业继续以高速发展的态势运行，建筑行业对国民经济发展和社会就业的贡献越来越大，逐渐成为社会经济发展过程中不可或缺的重要力量。然而，随着国内经济结构转型和经济新常态化，中国建筑企业面临越来越大的挑战和压力，企业核心竞争力不强、管理水平低下、资金融集困难等问题不断表现出来。因此，本文以中国建筑总公司为具体研究对象，研究和分析大型国有建筑企业的发展和投资模式，对于增强企业核心竞争力、提高管理水平具有现实意义。 论文首先指出研究背景和研究意义，为下文研究奠定一个良好的理论依据。其次，文章以传统投融资模式和创新投融资模式入手，详细了现有融资模式的特点和应用实施的基本原理。第三章基于PEST研究方法，系统分析了大型建筑企业所面临的政治、经济、社会和技术环境，然后结合波特的五力模型，从上影响建筑企业竞争的五个方面，结合中国建筑总公司分析了其外部环境的机会和威胁。第四章以中建总公司的直接投资模式为研究对象，从传统投融资和创新投融资两个方向展开研究。第五章分析了中国建筑总公司直接投资模式的具体实施，并对其中涉及的可能风险进行了详细分析，然后提出了本文的研究结论。综合来看，本文研究的思路、方法和结果不仅适用于中建总公司,对于其他国有大型建筑企业投资策略研究发也具有一定的借鉴作用和参考价值。
英文摘要：	Since the 21st century, the domestic construction industry continue to run the trend of rapid development, the construction industry's contribution to the national economic development and social employment is more and more big, gradually become indispensable in the process of social and economic development important force. However, with the domestic economic restructuring and new economic normalization, Chinese construction companies face increasing challenges and pressures, enterprise core competitiveness is not strong, poor management, financial resources and other issues continue to set the difficulties manifested. Therefore, this paper takes China Construction Corporation for the specific study object, research and analysis of large state-owned construction enterprise development and investment patterns, for enhancing the core competitiveness of enterprises, improve the management level has practical significance. The paper firstly points out that the thesis research background and research significance, for the following research to lay a good theoretical basis. Secondly, based on the traditional investment and financing mode and innovation investment and financing mode, this paper detailed the characteristics of the existing financing model and application of the basic principles of implementation. Chapter III based on PEST methodology systematic analysis of the large construction companies are facing political, economic, social and technological environment, and then combined with Porter's five forces model, the impact of construction enterprises from five aspects of competition, combined with China's overall architecture the company analyzed the opportunities and threats of its external environment. The fourth chapter to direct investment model of construction group as the research object, from two directions in traditional investment and financing and innovation investment and financing. The fifth chapter analyzes the specific implementation of direct investment in China construction corporation mode, and the involved may risk are analyzed in detail, and then puts forward the research conclusion of this paper. On the whole, the idea, methods and results of this research only apply to the construction company for the construction of other large state-owned enterprise investment strategy research has also made some reference and reference value.
