中文摘要:建筑公司的人力资源与其他行业相比较有较大的差异性,其多项目管理的特性,使得人力资源的分配以及管理,也需要与之相吻合,而事实上在完成建筑项目的所有资源之中,人力资源也是最为重要的。因此,建筑公司的人力资源管理至关重要,其对人力资源管理的优化,有助于提高人力资源的利用效率,从而满足企业在多项目管理之中的人力资源需求,同时有效的缩短工期,以起到降低成本,增加了企业绩效的作用。所以,对建筑公司的人力资源管理进行改进和创新是有非常重要的现实意义。 本文的研究运用人力资源管理的基本理论,首先对建筑行业的人力资源管理基本研究状况进行了梳理,从而为全文的研究提供了一定的理论支持以及方法论借鉴。而后,以A建筑公司作为实证研究对象,探讨了其人力资源管理的现状,并且分析了A建筑公司的人力资源管理的内部与外部环境,运用SWOT分析工具进行了分析,对其人力资源管理之中存在的问题与致因进行了深度的分析,并从可持续发展、现代人力资源管理、企业竞争理论以及A建筑公司自身的实际情况出发,对其人力资源管理机制的创新理论基础与现实依据进行了分析。在上述分析的基础之上,文章尝试从招聘机制、员工培训与开发机制、激励性绩效考核体系以及竞争性薪酬管理机制等几个维度进行了人力资源管理机制的创新。最后,根据上述的创新途径的实际需求,提出了从人力资源保障以及物质资源保障两个角度建构了A建筑公司的人力资源管理机制创新的保障体系。希望本文的研究对于我们更好的基于建筑公司的实际发展情况,进行人力资源管理机制的创新与优化,提升建筑公司的人力资源管理效率能够起到一定的参考和借鉴作用。  
英文摘要:Construction company human resources compared with other industries have bigger difference, the characteristics of its project management, make the allocation of human resources and management, also need to match, in fact at the completion of construction projects of all the resources, human resource is the most important. Construction company human resource management, therefore, is crucial to the optimization of human resources management, help to improve the use efficiency of human resources, so as to meet the enterprises in the multi-project management of human resources demand, at the same time effectively shorten time limit for a project, to reduce costs, improve enterprise performance. Therefore, the construction company human resources management innovation and optimization has very important practical significance. This article studies by using the basic theory of human resource management, first of all, human resource management of the construction industry generalizes the basic research situation, to the full text research methodology provides a certain theoretical support and reference. And then, with A construction company as object of empirical study, probes into the present situation of its human resources management, and analyzes the human resources management of A construction company internal and external environment, SWOT analysis tools are analyzed, the problems of human resource management and the cause are analyzed in depth, and from sustainable development, the modern human resources management, enterprise competition theory, and according to the actual situation of A construction company itself of its human resources management mechanism innovation theory basis and reality basis are analyzed. On the basis of above analysis, this paper attempts to from the recruitment mechanism, staff training and development mechanism, incentive, performance evaluation system, and competitive compensation management mechanism and so on several dimensions of human resource management mechanism innovation. Finally, according to the actual needs of the innovation of the way, put forward from the human resources and material resources to ensure the two ways to construct A building of the company's human resources management mechanism innovation of security system. Hope this research for our better based on the actual development of the construction company, for the innovation and optimization of human resources management mechanism, improve construction company human resources management efficiency can play a certain reference and reference.
