| 中文摘要: | 商业模式概括描述了企业创造、传递以及获取价值的过程。一个企业所采用的商业模式是否与企业自身情况及其所处外部环境相匹配和适应,从很大程度上决定了企业能否在竞争环境中占据优势地位。反过来说,企业为了适应竞争环境,其商业模式也不是一成不变的。当企业面对来自于资源、技术、产品、竞争等方面的机遇或挑战时,为适应环境,就需要在战略上做出积极的响应。这些响应有些情况是对企业管理的某些方面进行调整,但有些时候,则需要进行彻底的商业模式的变革。 伴随着社会的不断发展,传统连锁便利店行业面临着越来越多的冲击,这些冲击来自于经济的发展、科技的进步、消费者需求的变化、以及激烈的竞争环境。面对冲击,再守着原有商业模式,似乎前景黯淡,商业模式的变革呼之欲出。 本文作者将从行业研究的角度出发,利用商业模式变革的主要理论和商业模式画布的主要理论,以L公司为例,结合理论分析,对传统便利店行业商业模式的转变进行研究,通过历史沿革、存在问题回顾指出当前商业模式不能与环境良好适应,并采用理性设计的驱动式变革的方式,对其连锁便利平台式的商业模式的各环节进行设计,形成整体方案。并在此基础之上完善实现步骤,并最终落地,完成商业模式的变革。以探究传统连锁便利行业向平台化商业模式转变的意义。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Business model describes the enterprise to create, transfer and the process of capturing value.Adopted by an enterprise whether the business model and the external environment of enterprise oneself circumstance and its matching and adaptation, to a large extent, determines the enterprise can occupy the dominant position in the competitive environment.On the other hand, in order to adapt to the competitive environment, its business model is not invariable.When enterprises face comes from the resource, technology, products, competition opportunities or challenges, in order to adapt to the environment, you need to make positive response on the strategy.Some of these responses is to adjust certain aspects of enterprise management, but in some cases, you will need to make a thorough change of business model. With the continuous development of society, the traditional chain convenience store industry is facing more and more impact, the impact from the development of economy, the progress of science and technology, the change of consumer demand, and competition environment.In the face of shocks, to keep the original business model, seemed bleak, the transformation of the business model be vividly portrayed. In this paper, the author from the perspective of industry research, using the theory of the main business model change and main theories of business model canvas, with L company as an example, combining with theoretical analysis, the study of the transition of the traditional convenience store industry business model, through reviewing its history, problems pointed out that the current business model can not adapt well with environment and is driven by rational design of the type of change, for its convenience platform chain business model to carry on the design of each link, form the whole scheme.And on this basis to perfect the implementation steps, and eventually fall to the ground, complete business model change.To explore the traditional chain convenience industry change to the business model of platform and significance. | |
