中文摘要:随着市场经济自由竞争的日趋激烈以及技术门槛的降低,传统制造业企业面临着越来越严重的成本和质量压力。T公司作为典型的传统制造业企业,将大量非核心业务的生产及半成品外包到供应商处作业,供应商规模化的生产在一定程度上改善了成本的压力,却无法消除质量方面的风险,而质量问题直接影响着企业的形象。 本文从T公司的供应商质量管理程序入手,详细描述了管理和控制供应商质量的程序和方案,并在此基础上,结合T公司的实际情况,对供应商质量管理程序和方案进行分析,从管理程序、认证方案、具体实施等几个方面对供应商质量管理中的不足之处提出改进建议并进行验证。并将分析结论扩展到T公司以外的领域进行探讨,帮助其他行业和企业制定适合的供应商质量管理程序和方案。 最后,结合全面质量管理等方面的内容,不断的完善和提高供应商质量管理程序和方案,并对关键绩效指标的内容进行分析,以最适合的关键绩效指标来督促整个供应商质量管理部门以及工程师进行正确的决策和工作。 本文从实际出发,帮助供应商质量管理部门的负责人和工程师更好的梳理管理流程,并在一定程度上帮助其分析和理解供应商质量管理的工作,以便更好的管理和控制供应商产品的质量。同时为企业的高层人员提供建议,以便制定最合理的供应商质量管理指标。 
英文摘要:Because of the increasing competition of market economy and the decrease of technical barriers, the traditional manufacturing enterprises have been facing more and more serious cost and quality pressures. As a typical traditional manufacturing enterprise, T Company has outsourced huge production of non-core business to supplier. The large-scale productions of supplier help to decrease the cost of the production to some extent, but could not help to decrease the quality risk. The quality problems directly affect the image of the enterprise. The paper describes the detail of T Company’s supplier quality management program and the procedure of supplier quality control, on based which, the paper analyzes the supplier quality management procedure with actual situation of T Company, focuses in management program, certification plan, implement and so on. The paper also raises the improvement plan against the defect of supplier quality management and verifies them. The conclusion would be expanded to other enterprises or industry to help them rebuild the suitable program and plan of supplier quality management. At the end, the paper researches the TQM on supplier quality management to continuous improve the supplier quality management program. The paper also analyzes the detail of KPI of supplier quality management department to set the suitable KPI to push the whole supplier quality department and engineer to do the correct work. The paper considers the actual condition, and helps the person in charge and engineer of supplier quality management department to understand the meaning of supplier quality management and updates the better management program to control the supplier quality. The paper also gives the suggestion to senior management to set the suitable KPI to control the supplier quality.
