中文摘要:随着中国经济体制改革的不断深化,经济增长也已经从10%以上的高速增长回落到6%左右,调整经济运行结构成为改革的主题。与经济周期强相关的金融行业也在发生较大的变化,一方面经济回落、利率市场化的推进、直接融资市场的发展与完善挤压了银行业传统业务的利润空间,另一方面,互联网企业的兴起也对银行提出了挑战,倒逼银行不能因循守旧,必须积极创新。商业银行一直以来都是信息技术应用领先的行业,在当前互联网技术、无线通讯技术大发展的时期,商业银行更应该发挥自身的优势,通过概念创新、模式创新、体制创新、产品创新,为客户提供更为贴身周到的服务体验。 本文作者作为商业银行的基层管理者,工作在支行一线,在银行业生存环境发生较大改变的时候,深入研究银行的创新路径,寻求传统金融业务与互联网技术、通讯技术相结合的产品进化之道,并实现有效的风险控制,对所在银行面对市场竞争保持先发优势有着深远的意义。 本文主要研究中信银行在面对互联网金融竞争时所采用的产品发展策略和风险控制手段。首先,作者结合经济学和管理学领域的相关理论,对中信银行发展互联网金融业务所面临的内外部背景环境进行分析,提出中信银行互联网金融业务的发展目标和方向;接下来,作者将理论联系实际,针对中信银行互联网金融业务的支付结算产品、线上贷款产品、O2O模式三大产品体系提出了开发策略;最后,作者对中信银行互联网金融产品开发过程中的风险控制体系与控制手段提出了自己的见解。
