| 中文摘要: | 改革开放三十多年,时至今日,公路建设行业呈现新特点,大批地方国有公路施工企业面临转型。本文通过国有公路施工企业转型发展的客观必然性进行分析,对地方国有公路施工企业转型发展方向的预测,提出对河南省平顶山市天鸿路桥建设工程公司为代表的地方国有公路施工企业转型的实施及效果评价,总结出类似国有公路施工企业转型发展之路。本文全文共分五章。第一部分绪论包括研究背景、目的和意义与研究思路方法及论文结构。第二部分论述了地方国有公路施工企业转型发展的客观必然性,包括目前我国公路建设市场存在的问题、地方国有公路施工企业转型发展的必要性、地方国有公路施工企业转型发展的可行性。第三部分指明了地方国有公路施工企业转型发展的方向,包括地方国有公路施工企业转型发展遵循的原则、地方国有公路施工企业转型发展的重点、地方国有公路施工企业转型发展的具体实施。第四部分本文以平顶山市天鸿路桥建设工程公司转型发展为案例。包括平顶山市天鸿路桥建设工程公司概况、平顶山市天鸿路桥建设工程公司转型发展的必要性、平顶山市天鸿路桥建设工程公司转型发展的实施过程及效果评价。第五部分指出在新形势下,国有公路施工企业必须走转型道路方可获得新的生存机会。本论文的创新点在于在公路建设新形势下,公路建设呈现出新的业态:行业基础建设投资持续高速增长势头减缓,公路路网建设日臻完备,公路建设投资增速放慢;国企改革大势所趋,道路功能不断涌现新技术、新特点;公路工程投资模式、承发包模式重大改变。以河南省平顶山市天鸿路桥建设工程公司为代表的我国国内大量存在的地方国有公路施工企业转型发展之路为例,理论联系实际,提出了具体的方法建议,为国内地方国有公路施工企业转型发展提供有益探索。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Over the three decades of reform and opening-up, the highway construction industry shows a series of new characteristics, Local state-owned highway construction enterprises face the problem of transformation. The paper begins with the objective necessity of the development of the state-owned highway construction enterprise transformation analyzing and speculating on the development direction of the enterprise transformation, then put forward to the implementation of the local state-owned highway construction enterprise transformation and effect evaluation, and finally summarize the transformation development way of the similar local state-owned highway construction enterprises with Pingdingshan Tianhong Road & Bridge Construction Co.,Ltd (THRB) as a representative. In this paper, the full text is divided into five chapters. The first part briefly introduces the research background, the purpose, the significance, the method and the thesis structure. The second part discusses the objective necessity of the development of the local state-owned highway construction enterprise transformation, including problems in the highway construction market in our country, the necessity of the development of the local state-owned highway construction enterprise transformation, and the feasibility of the local state-owned highway construction enterprise transformation development. The third part pointed out the local state-owned highway construction enterprise development direction, including principles of local state-owned highway construction enterprise transformation development, the key point of the development of the local state-owned highway construction enterprise transformation, and the specific implementation of the local state-owned highway construction enterprise transformation development. The fourth part of this paper takes THRB transformation development as a case, including the profile of THRB, the necessity of the THRB transformation development, and the process implementation of THRB transformation development and the evaluation result. The fifth part points out, under the new situation, the local state-owned highway construction enterprises such as THRB to achieve new vigor, must take the road of transformation. Under the new form of highway construction, the highway construction industry shows a series of new characteristics which is the main innovation: the rapid growth of infrastructure investment of the highway construction industry slows down, the construction of the highway network will be more perfect, and the reforms of state-owned highway enterprises is the general trend with the emerging of new technology and new characteristics in road function. Also, the mode of highway engineering investment and project contracting procurement change significantly. Integrating theory with practice, specific suggestions on the transformation development way of numerous local state-owned highway construction enterprises with THRB as a case are put forward, and they provide a useful exploration for the transformation development of the enterprise. | |
